The airport is like an airport. Everything is good and safe, the navigation is clear. The Dutik is not big and, in my opinion, stupid, the choice is not big. Souvenirs are expected to have a horse price tag. There are cafes, waiting rooms are large. Everything is as it should be. But Uzbekistan Airways is a separate story, it's just something amazing! Both on domestic and international flights.
I wanted to leave a review for those who are interested, maybe someone is at this airport for the first time. Very good service. First, you need to check at the entrance, then go up again to inspect the waiting areas a lot of air conditioners work for convenience. Everything is great. The staff is very polite. of the disadvantages, there are few outlets for charging phones, and there are no cafes for a snack, I hope this will be resolved soon. If you fly with Uzbekistan Airways, I recommend excellent food.
There is room to grow...... This is the country's air harbor, the very first gate through which foreign visitors visit our region. But in this state, I am ashamed of our system, no development, no thinking, a terrible mess, no order, no digitalization. Everything flows by itself..... Sorry, very sorry......
Recently renovated, modern airport with a national flavor. All the features of large modern airports are present. Hotels, duty-free shops, food courts, comfortable, clean toilets...
A lighter was taken away at the entrance, and when asked if there was a smoking area, they answered yes. And they didn't answer with what to light a cigarette. In the smoking area, I had to light an Olympic flame from a bull. It is impossible to buy matches, a lighter ..... Toilets are cleaned for more than an hour.
The airport is small and quite comfortable, everything is new and clean. Problems with wi-fi. Cafes will also open and it will be easier to wait for your flight.
The airport is spacious, clean, and understandable. There is a cafe, duty free. Of the negative aspects, there are few chairs in the waiting room where you are before check-in.
For us, the airport did not seem very comfortable. The airport is clean, there are small shops, the assortment, especially the national one, is not great, although some souvenirs, if you did not have time to buy in the city, can be purchased at the airport, but it is more expensive. Since there weren't many flights departing, there were plenty of places to relax. There are two small cafes where you can have a snack. We are used to International airports being more impressive and comfortable, maybe that's why we didn't get any impression of the airport in Tashkent
I was in the international terminal and I liked it. The arrival area is a one-story building with a slightly low ceiling, but it is almost empty, the toilet is normal, clean. But the departure zone is a class! 2 storied, there are a lot of people, I will even say a lot, the scoreboard is everywhere and everywhere, they announce boarding registration, etc. clearly, clearly, almost syllabically, in Uzbek, Russian and English. There are not enough places to wait on the 1st floor, there are enough on the 2nd floor, but it is difficult to climb there with a load. I didn't see any escalators. There seemed to be an elevator. Registration and passport control were carried out quickly. The staff is friendly and polite. The overload of 1-1.5 kg of hand luggage was treated loyally. Food and water were carried by people nearby (which surprised me. )to the departure zone even. As soon as you pass through passport control, you immediately go to the Duty free zone, made with a national flavor, you can buy a lot of things and not only brands, not only perfumes and cosmetics, but also things. Both national souvenirs and goods are presented in a wide range. There is even a local chocolate exclusive, expensive, true, but it looks like a bomb! I would especially like to note the presence of namazkhans for men and women separately with rooms for pre-prayer ablution, toilets- many cabins, toilet bowls-bidets, sensory faucets, sensory supply of soap-foam and even individual sensory air supply for drying hands. The only thing that is not provided is sockets for chargers in the chairs, I did not see an escalator, Wi-Fi only for Uzbek rooms.
It's all good. The only thing is, as soon as the landing was announced, the airport staff started fussing with the door.
Because of this, the flight took off 20 minutes later. In Moscow, I had to run to the train to "fly. " As it is, everything is fine, thank you!
Excellent airport, small, convenient logistics, several shops of standard and souvenir products. Clean in all areas, the staff is polite, the control procedure is prompt.
fire the young girl at stop information, in fact, her job is to answer passengers' questions, I never got an answer, just rolling my eyes, a displeased expression on my face and a spoiled mood (p.s. change the station to q watt, it doesn't work)
A normal airport, clean and convenient.
For some reason, in duty free, when buying for the packaging of goods, they also charge the buyer, 40 euro cents were charged for the packaging of the purchased toilet water.
A good airport (at least in the part where international flights fly from) is a fairly convenient passage of page control, there is everything you need for a comfortable wait, a good Dutik... as a bonus for smokers-there is a corresponding room in the hall (only after passing the truth control). One of the disadvantages is one toilet in the departure lounge, which is sometimes very small and not very prompt baggage collection upon arrival...
I really liked it. After 3 hours of ordeal in Sheremetyevo, to pass passport control in 15 minutes, it's just fantastic. And upon departure from Tashkent, registration, inspection, and passport control took 25 minutes. There is a lot of space, a spacious and beautiful airport. Well done guys, they work at a high level!
Very quickly and efficiently passing all the registration, a good and responsive team, convenient location of the terminal, polite staff, suggested where to go.
Well, it's a very average airport, it looks like a bus station. There is no business lounge, no cafe, no shops, only one vending machine that accepts only BAGS. It was very stuffy in the summer, the air conditioners didn't work, and the smell of food was carried by those who were flying away.…
The most wonderful airport, my beloved. The staff are great, they always make concessions, explain clearly, and do not ask stupid questions, unlike some employees at Sheremetyevo Airport.
The airport is not very big, but cozy and clean. There are few places to wait. Registration started on time. I found everything quickly. You can order a taxi right in the arrival hall, as well as purchase a local SIM card. The inspection passed without any problems. Tip, if you change money, leave a receipt. It turned out that there were 50000sum left, I wanted to exchange it for Russian ones in the exchanger. But there was no receipt, and I was refused, explaining this by the local currency exchange law. So, the bags came with me as a souvenir)))
DID THE REVIEW FAIL MODERATION?? IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PUBLISH THE TRUTH, DON'T SEND ME ANY MORE OF YOUR PLACES. AND DON'T FOLLOW ME.
The airport is good and is being completed. The staff is freaky. They make you take off your bast shoes, so give me shoe covers! No! It is necessary to walk in socks on a dirty floor. There is one exit in the boarding pass, but no: the gate has changed! And you need to drag your luggage to the other end of the airport to the retractable ramp where the arriving plane landed.
And one more innovation: the departure of UTair flight No. 806 Tashkent - Vnukovo on 05/18/2024 at 6.30 pm, but 200 passengers of the Boeing 767-800 WAITED FOR ONE "respected person" FOR THIRTY MINUTES, apparently an airport employee, and as a result the plane took off at 19 minutes. Here is Tashkent airport for you.
A nice, spacious, large duty-free trading room, respect for people, everything is announced on time, you can only pay in sums, dollars and euros if you want to buy something
It's very big and spacious, but it's impossible to get lost. Large waiting rooms, plenty of room for everyone. The toilets are a bit dirty. Maybe that's why it was at night.
Nothing personal. We flew with a sidekick to India with a transfer in Tashkent. We checked in, and the employee was asked where the flight was from. Before the incident, the airport staff sent two round trips to the boarding area without knowing where it was located. And they cheated in the tent when buying water. Keep it up, guys, you'll do great!
Everything is fine, except for the free Wi-Fi: you can only connect to local numbers. When you arrive and are left without communication, there is an unpleasant feeling of "Welcome to Uzbekistan"
At the time when it was, reconstruction was taking place. In general, it is a modern, clear, compact airport. It is located quite close to the city center. I Am Pleasantly Surprised.
The airport is getting better and better, if it continues in the same spirit, then there will be wonderful changes for Uzbekistan. We are pleased with the automated passport control system - it is fast and convenient. Minus one - while the luggage is being unloaded for an ugly long time, there is no desire to check in luggage, even in Kazakhstan it is almost like in the best airports in the world, and Tashkent cannot establish work.
The airport is not big. There was a transfer to an international flight. We found a wonderful children's room and the guys were as pleasant as possible in the cafe. They helped with many issues. Overall, I had a pleasant impression of the airport
Things are much better now. Two years ago it was really sad. And now there is a stylized shopping area, a fairly fast passport with biometrics. The main thing is not to get into zone B5-B6, it's still dreary there.
Our city airport. I flew and arrived several times. Yes, it's time to modernize for a long time, and I think they'll be doing it soon. And so in general everything is super
Tashkent airport is very convenient because it is located inside the city. It is a pity that the historic airport building of the 50s-60s was demolished - it was very stylish and monumental and represented a more architectural monument. The very big inconveniences include the poor controllability of car traffic and their parking. Cars should drive as close as possible to the places of unloading and boarding passengers and passengers with suitcases should not be forced to drag half a kilometer to the airport buildings.
I liked the airport: it is well equipped with all sorts of novelties. Very friendly and professional staff. The main thing is patient. Many power points. Reasonable prices for bm airport.
The staff is polite, they do not dig into the smallest details during the inspection, they have never been on a flight delay, the airport is pleasantly clean, the flight and comfort of Uzbekistan Airways are the best in the world.
A modern airport. There are many seats, a rack with sockets. Strange - free wi-fi at the international airport, only for Uzbek rooms. It's absurd. The whole business is paid to connect. They charge $6 for three hours. A person is sitting, connecting and disconnecting from his router.
Nice cozy airport. There are pros and cons. One of the advantages is a convenient entrance. But when flying to Moscow, for example, I would like there to be no pandemonium of passengers who are all walking along a narrow corridor from the racks to the check-in windows. It is necessary that there be more check-in desks for the flight, and each had a separate approach. A good dutifrey store, however, is not as big as at other major international airports. Fast loading of luggage, prompt passage of passport and customs control. The kind staff of the airport staff. I recommend visiting Tashkent. There are a lot of interesting and colorful, majestic and ancient, warm and delicious things waiting for you in Uzbekistan.
The staff is polite, responsive, the waiting time and check-in is fast, there are a lot of counters, inspection and control at the level. There are clean cafes at the airport and the prices are reasonable.
It's a great airport. Repairs have been made. Everything is new. You can walk down the green corridor by simply attaching your passport to the sensor. I definitely recommend it
There are repairs near the airport again, the departure terminal itself needs to be repaired, the toilets stink very much, The toilets in the departure area are clean, but there is no paper and paper towels. I even saw the cleaners. Well, it doesn't pull at the international level. As everywhere in Uzbekistan, there are a lot of people, and no one does anything!!!) Marathon cleaning only pretends to work, they walk around taking pictures of each other. When I was packing my luggage, they didn't give me a check, the amount of 200 thousand was named from a fool!
Hello everybody! I haven't been to Tashkent for a long time and since then everything has changed for the better! The airport where I once worked in the 80s has also changed. Now it is quite a modern port in all respects. Service, information, voice messages in three languages, Russian, including cleanliness at the level! Even taking into account that three flights arrived almost simultaneously, passport control was completed in 10 minutes. In general, as everywhere in big cities and capitals!
Beautiful, quick inspection and registration. Only shoes are forced to take off and walk barefoot on the floor - this is too much, too much. There are good cafes in duty free.
Good luck to everyone, the internal location is not entirely clear, rather intuitively and through a survey it is possible to find the necessary direction of movement, fortunately almost everyone speaks Russian, although I speak the local language, a duty free store is operating, it is already good, BUT prices are higher than in a regular Russian store, so for an amateur, these stores are divided, one upon arrival, it is not available to departing passengers, respectively, for another flight, there are no promotions and discounts, on the contrary, there are promotions upon arrival, of course, the withdrawal of all lighters is striking when checking, therefore it is necessary to have matches with you 🤠🤠🤠😆
I've used this airport many times, but it's always easy to fly away and arrive. In principle, there were no problems, it was an ordinary small airport. But this time I flew through it in transit, the transfer was 6 hours. And all the flaws came out:
1. You arrive at one building and fly away from another. The crossing is only on the street, and it was raining there. But these are so small things.
2. Since I had transit, I did not need to register, the boarding pass was already in my hands, BUT they did not let me into the waiting room. It turns out that it will be possible to get there only after the start of check-in for the flight in Tashkent itself (i.e. after 3 hours).
3. Wi-Fi can only be connected by going to the waiting room
4. There are no cafes and restaurants, they are only in the waiting room, which I will be able to get to only after 3 hours. There is an unfortunate vending machine with drinks, but it only accepts small bills, which I did not have. Which means I couldn't even buy water.
5. There was no soap in the toilets, no. There were no paper towels for hands, hand dryers did not work.
6. Check-in started with a delay.
Why, having a boarding pass, I cannot go to a more comfortable environment, I do not understand at all. There is a suspicion that I just got an incompetent employee, at least I really hope so.
The airport has become prettier. Automatic passport control systems have been introduced. The queues have disappeared. Great shops have appeared. There are many recreation areas. Clean toilets. Waiting for your flight has become very comfortable.
Conveniently located, getting to T1/2 is not a problem. All departure and arrival procedures are well organized and take place without long queues. I noticed two drawbacks. The first is the lack of seats in waiting rooms. At the slightest delay of flights, a collapse occurs. The second-the crowds were bombed in the arrivals area.
It used to be more comfortable, but due to the renovation, they allocated a small room for departure, where there is only one coffee shop and seating, where there are a lot of people. It turns out like a sprat in a jar and no comfort. A terrible toilet that stinks of cigarettes.
