Terrible service at the Mila store! On March 5, 2025, I visited this store in the morning and was extremely disappointed. Having selected the necessary items, I stood in line at the checkout for about five minutes, but the cashier did not appear.
At that time, I heard a man asking a question to an employee of the store, and he was advised to contact the "red-haired manager." The employee even went to look for her with him. When they found her, I politely asked to call the cashier. In response, I received a rude statement that "she is not a cashier," and I should look for him myself. How do I know which employee is the cashier?
Such boorish behavior is simply unacceptable! Employees who work with people need to show respect and courtesy. Or maybe normal communication with men is a priority for her? I am extremely outraged by this attitude towards customers and hope that the management will take action.
