We came to Astana by car as tourists for a week. Despite some bad reviews, we chose this hotel, and after our stay we tried to figure out how to write a bad review here! Positive: 1) Location: Astana city center, Baiterek is a 15-minute walk away, Abu Dhabi Plaza is 7-10 minutes away 2) Excellent breakfasts: buffet breakfast, lots of pastries, salad, vegetables and fruits, hot dishes, meat, side dishes, porridge, scrambled eggs, coffee machine, various juices and compotes, in short - it is impossible to stay hungry! (plus a beautiful view from the 17th floor of the restaurant, the breakfast itself is from 7:00 to 10:00) 3) Spacious room: we took a standard for two, comfortable beds, good TV, clean bathroom, tea, coffee, water, etc. are changed every day 4) 24-hour reception, check in at any time, answer all questions 5) If you are driving, it is possible to park in the parking lot at the hotel behind the barrier. We didn't find any disadvantages!
