A very nice hotel in a central location in Moscow. Within walking distance of many places. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are large and modernly designed. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing. We travel the world for work and stay in many hotels. This was the first hotel where we couldn't find a single thing to criticize. Thank you to all the hotel staff. You are wonderful people. You won't find such a wonderful staff speaking English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian and other languages in any other hotel. Best regards to everyone.

We sought a suite for a city escape before rates climbed, but availability was tight before. We’d scouted with the concierge on views previously, and once dates freed up, we re-engaged to secure a high-floor room. It offered Armenian-inspired touches and city panoramas with evident stay value-rebooks seem a given. Handover was prompt and polished, no snags. Everything else flowed great, all good, hotel excellence through.

The hotel was generally nice and comfortable, but the bed mattress was a bit too firm for me. The pillows were not very comfortable either, and the window shutters could use some maintenance. With a few improvements, the stay would be perfect
