The spa is packed with people from the city, the staff does not control the number of people, as a result, there are not enough lockers for everyone, there are fabric mattresses in the salt room, everyone in swimsuits sits on them, the mattresses are all wet, they rest in the spa, and as a result - the screams of children, jumping into the water of adult men (there was a feeling of being in the water park, and this is on a weekday), there are signs not to jump into the water, but no one controlled and everyone did whatever came into their heads, as such, it did not work out in a place for recreation. I would like people to be sent to such places in a dosed manner, so that there are enough lockers and sun beds for everyone

We stay at this hotel all the time. The last time we had a vacation with my husband was on a special offer "Sunday benefit" - the coolest offer in the hotel. Firstly, there is a discount on accommodation, secondly, you can visit the spa twice, and like the cherry on the cake, check out on Monday before 18:00!

A good hotel and inexpensive, especially if you book in advance. A very good spa area, I liked both the baths and the pool, the rooms are small - but clean and beautiful. I took a point for breakfast - none of the company liked it, although we didn't even take a buffet (we looked at what was there and immediately decided to order from the menu), went to neighboring cafes, and so a very decent hotel!

We were passing through for only 1 night, we were very pleased, especially with promotions and all sorts of little things, in the form of discounts, free parking, late check-out and of course a special thank you for the SPA, it's just GREAT. We always stay at this hotel when we are in Mogilev, I don't see any alternatives in the city. There are different categories, we stayed in the standard and in the studio, the rooms are new, bright, everything is stylish, beautiful, the view from the window is over the city. Bonus SPA, swimming pool and baths are at your disposal (there are fewer people on weekdays, that's when the chill is complete)
We usually do not include breakfast, we sleep late)) but we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. The prices are reasonable, for 100 rubles (without drinks) it is quite possible to eat a couple. We will definitely come again, thank you!

Atrium Hotel is just the perfect place to relax and hold business meetings. The service was impeccable, the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, cozy and beautifully decorated. I was on vacation with my daughter, we came for 2 days from Minsk to celebrate others. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff, we noticed in the documents that it was my daughter's birthday and brought a cake to the room. And in general, everything is on the level: very polite staff, you can leave your luggage before arrival and after for a couple of hours. A delicious varied breakfast, a perfectly clean room, a spa is included in the price - it's wonderful. There is a lovely receptionist at the SPA. We are very satisfied, we will come back more than once.

Guys, the hotel is just fire! Design, rooms, restaurant - all of the highest quality. The design of the rooms in the style of modern minimalism, San.the node is made of expensive materials, the plumbing is all cool and new. A separate chic - floor-to-ceiling windows facing the square in front of the administration of Mogilev. In short, you can make sooo high-quality photos ;)
The hotel even has its own aqua complex with a swimming pool, several saunas and a bar where delicious cocktails will be made and brought directly to the pool. Moreover, visiting this complex for hotel guests is free of charge! This is really very cool, I want to shake hands with the management who established this order.
In general, unfortunately, I can only give this hotel 5 stars. But if it were possible to put 10 - I put it without hesitation.
Update from October 2023: I am lowering the rating from 5 to 2 stars. The case when one minor technical problem, which could be solved at the level of line staff, turned into a loss of customer loyalty. The bottom line: we arrived together for 3 days, a double room, at the reception when checking in, we specifically specified that the room With BREAKFAST. On the first day everything is OK, on the second - too, and on the third we were simply refused breakfast! Moreover, the motivation is fantastic: "You have paid for 3 days and 3 breakfasts." That is, not 3 breakfasts for two, but just 3 breakfasts for one person. For a double room, yes. How do you like that? Of course, we were very "surprised", because according to their crazy logic, only one of us had to have breakfast on the second day, but, of course, none of the staff paid attention to this and we had breakfast on the second day quietly together.
In short, it is clear that this is some kind of accounting or booking error, but it was fashionable to easily solve it by simply allowing us to have breakfast and then settling this case inside. As a result, we were left alone with this problem, distancing ourselves from any attempts to help. The reason for this is a complete loss of loyalty on our part, we will not come here again.

We stayed in this hotel for a week, we haven't been to Mogilev for 15 years and I think this is the best thing there. A modern, clean hotel, a great view of the city from the window, all wishes were taken into account. It is located in the center, near the shopping center, a walking street with cafes and restaurants.
Cleaning was done every day, tea/coffee/water was replenished in the room. They didn't take breakfast. The spa is excellent, recommended👍
The staff is very polite and attentive.
If we gather back in Mogilev, we will stop 100% again at the Atrium.
Only I did not like one moment, at 22:45 they called the room to clarify whether our guests had left. But, there are cameras in the hotel, this is one time. Two, we were sitting in the lobby by the elevator and three, it is necessary to pay attention to the guests who live in the room. Namely, small children of 1.5g are already asleep at this time. The bell naturally woke up the child. Dear management, there are rules, as the receptionist told me, he acted on them. But the service also lies in this, among other things, to pay attention to the little guests. You have a very loud slogan on your website about this - so follow it. I did not lower my rating, I hope you will take it into account.

You can come to the spa by booking a room or by paying for a separate ticket. This leads to the fact that there are too many people on weekends, the number is not regulated in any way by the hotel administration, accordingly, vacationers from other cities who have rented a room are uncomfortable staying at the spa.
For additional services, the masters are never on site, if you need them, they are booked several days in advance.
The first time at the reception, the room key was given out for an hour, at the second check-in there was an unfriendly girl at the reception. There's a lot to work on.

Minus one more place where I would like to return.
We stayed at the hotel for the first time in 22. There were minor nuances, but overall, I really liked everything.
This time, I was surprised at the price at first: the cost has increased by 50% in 2 years (and this is in foreign currency). Upon check-in, it turned out that there were issues with parking, because parking is under repair, and a small parking lot next to the entrance can accommodate at most a dozen cars. Then it turned out that the conditions for visiting the spa complex had changed. Previously, you could visit it once a day, i.e. both morning and evening, now only once. When trying to visit the spa that evening, we were unpleasantly surprised... There are maybe twenty deck chairs. However, the administration allows up to 40 people to stay inside the complex. That is, at a full house, according to the administration, you should compete for a chaise longue with local chip eaters. The noise level inside is exorbitant.
But the most interesting thing began at night. For the first time in the hotel, I listened to how the sewer works... After half past midnight, the doors in the neighboring rooms began to endlessly slap, and someone was running back and forth in heels. Half an hour later, when patience ran out, they began to find out what was going on. It turned out that they had some kind of emergency, and they were moving people into neighboring rooms. And the administrator is purple that people on the floor can already rest. They asked me to get into position. After one o'clock in the morning, the furniture began to move somewhere. Just move the furniture non-stop... The administrator, in response to the claim, said: "How do I know what's going on there. You're on the fourth, and I'm on the first."However, I asked the guard to check it anyway. We ran into him on the fifth floor closer to two o'clock in the morning, trying to figure out what was going on... From him, we learned that there is a food court on the third floor, and someone came up with the grand idea to clean in the middle of the night... As a result, we were able to fall asleep at three o'clock in the morning.
Upon eviction, in response to the claim, we were offered compensation in the amount of 10% percent of the cost of living. And they said that next time they would put us higher up... A great spit in the face of people who are not staying at the hotel for the first time and recommended it to their friends...

Of the pros: good location, modern renovation, clean enough, great cocktails in the restaurant.
Of the minuses: it is very stuffy both in the corridors of the hotel and in the rooms themselves due to the fact that the windows do not open, and the general air conditioning does not cope; the room was cleaned only after a request to the reception in the afternoon; they could not figure out parking, paid or not, the manager at the reception when I couldn't really explain anything when I checked in, in the end we decided to leave the car on the street next to the parking lot; breakfast with a limited choice of dishes, no vegetables and salads.
Bottom line: most likely, if we are in Mogilev, we will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it to friends.

Nice room, the view from the window is cool. I was surprised by the pillow menu, an interesting topic. They called - and in 5 minutes they brought us the necessary pillow. The SPA was included in the room rate. I also liked the SPA, there are not very many people, bathing accessories seem to be available there too. The hotel is located in the shopping and business center. You can have dinner at the shopping center, we liked the Cornflowers restaurant.
Of the disadvantages, I will note only paid parking, but if desired, you can find free parking nearby.
We checked in on my birthday - a nice bonus was a cake from the hotel.

Unfortunately, there is no alternative option in Mogilev.
It seems to have a good location (all the most interesting things are within walking distance), and the parking (even if the shopping center) is guarded, and the building is modern, interesting and SPA, but everything is crossed out by the attitude of the staff.
There is a clear feeling that you owe them something and your stay here is a burden. Get a hygiene kit after the fourth reminder with a personal presence at the reception. You won't even get a forced smile from the staff.
If it's about the little things, then:
1. Breakfast is meager, there is no fruit, no fish, and a lot of things are missing. Most of the guests ordered coffee for an additional fee.
2. The SPA is really good, but it is overloaded with people. A quota is needed in a good way.

I gave a bad rating, although the hotel is decent! Modern stylish rooms, courteous staff, good SPA. BUT THE WHOLE IMPRESSION WAS RUINED BY THE RESTAURANT!!! We booked and paid for a buffet breakfast, and the breakfast turned out to be on the menu. The menu consists of three types of dishes, each of which has eggs. I.e. a choice without a choice. When asked, if I don't eat eggs, what should I have for breakfast, they suggested cooking oatmeal on water. Eat gray oatmeal for 30 rubles, dear guest!
I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS PURE DECEPTION AND VIOLATION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS: they paid for one service, but received something completely different.
Another disadvantage was the long and inattentive service: I had to ask for water glasses several times. Guests are clearly not a priority here.
BOTTOM LINE: stay at the hotel, it's good there, but you refuse breakfast — it doesn't spoil your impression.

The hotel is excellent, the linen is first-class, there are 4 towels for each, there is a wonderful spa center. Hotel guests have one free visit every day. The spa has a Turkish hammam, a Russian steam room and a Finnish sauna. There is also a salt room and a stone steam room. Bar. You can buy a massage, of course it's expensive (95 rubles per hour), but they do the massage perfectly. There are just no complaints, only positive impressions! Breakfast - pancakes, pancakes, bacon, hunting sausages, pastries, fruits, scrambled eggs... Real breakfasts, granola..Maybe something else.. Parking in the parking lot of the shopping center is 20 rubles per day. It is 50 meters from the hotel. The Savoy Hotel restaurant offers interesting delicious dishes, I took a shrimp salad with kiwi sauce - an original almost sweet with a pear, I liked it. Cheeks with mashed potatoes are delicious with wine sauce. In general, everything is on the level, a well-deserved top five! Thanks!
