Небольшое отделение. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Обращался неоднократно, всё в лучшем виде, вопросов не осталось. Близость к метро. Очередей никогда не было, был с 16 до 18.

Отвратительное, не профессиональное обслуживание клиентов! Заказывал карту, был первым с открытия, получал ее по времени час!!! Разве это нормальное обслуживание?! Вообще не умеют работать с Ген, доверенностями! И в отличие от других филиалов, почему то открываются в 11:00! Недалеко Райфайзен банк, тоже действие заняло 15 минут!!!! Делайте выводы!
