Excellent experience both times I stayed here. The staff were always friendly, very helpful, and they offered excellent advice. They always did what they could to accommodate any odd requests (and sometimes their hands were tied, but they tried anyway). The breakfast buffet was always really tasty and (if you want it to be) properly filling - all in all a great way to start off the day. And all the things you'd expect from a good hotel are present as well: the beds are comfy, the rooms are roomy, the AC is nice and quiet.

I give this hotel a 3-star rating for its convenient location near a major metro station. However, the beds are old metal spring types, and the overall furniture is in need of repair. On the positive side, the TV is modern, and the internet speed is acceptable
