I bought a DeLonghi coffee machine with an extended warranty in the Electrosila store. At the time of purchase, we were told that in a year it should be handed over for maintenance so that the car would last longer. So we did, but as a result we were extremely dissatisfied - the coffee machine replaced the native tray with components with the old one, which was clearly taken from another coffee machine. The same thing happened with the cappuccino machine. There is nothing to say about maintenance, because it simply did not exist, and the coffee machine was returned in a dirty state, filled with unknown things and at the same time with ground coffee. After submitting complaints, they replied that this was a minor defect and the product could not be replaced or returned. I strongly advise you not to go to this store for shopping, as well as to take an extended warranty, since this is Filkin's letter - just wasted money.
