ES Dubai International English School. It's a very atmospheric place, it's a student place. People of different ages, nationalities, and language groups gathered in one place. And everyone seems to be strangers, but in class you realize that they are the same as you - people who have come to learn English and make new acquaintances. As for efficiency, definitely YES, because you have to communicate with different people every minute, and the only thing that unites everyone is English.
My first impression of ES Dubai turned out to be extremely negative, primarily due to the dismissive attitude of the managers, namely Kunduz Kadirova.
From the very beginning of the collaboration, I was faced with constant ignoring of my messages. The manager could not respond for 2-3 days until I contacted other employees of the company for help. At the same time, as soon as it came to payment, the manager reacted immediately. After the payment was successfully completed, the contact with the manager disappeared again for 4 days, and I remained completely unaware of the payment status. I would like to note that the other managers I contacted could not help me, since Kunduz Kadirova was appointed my manager.
This situation raises serious questions about the organization of work at ES Dubai. If the Kunduz Kadirova manager is overworked, why can't the company quickly redirect clients to other specialists?
As a result, I did not receive any promised escort and support, instead I was faced with a disgusting attitude.
