We stayed at the Prestige Alanya Hotel on August 25. I liked the hotel, budget 5. The location of the hotel is very good. An urban-type hotel, in the evening you can walk around the city, go to the shops. The first coastline, an underground passage to the sea. Its own beach, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The beach bar is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rescuers, guards. The crossing is closed in the evening. The beach is sandy, and closer to the water it is sandy and pebbly. There are slabs covered with algae and stones in the water. When we were on vacation, there were big waves on the sea that just knocked us down. Rescuers, in the area fenced off by buoys, were forbidden to enter the sea. That's why many people swam in the pool. The pool is small, there are 3 slides. There is a small children's pool. The lifeguard also looks after everything. There are plenty of sun loungers, both on the beach and by the pool. The pool bar is open from 10 a.m. to 24 p.m. There is also a snack bar from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Beach towels can be obtained by card at the hammam. The hotel itself has 7 floors plus lobi and zero floors. There are 4 elevators, 2 of them panoramic. However, sometimes it took a long time to wait for the elevator. Our room was large, with a double bed, a single bed and an armchair-bed. The room has: telephone, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, safe. The balcony is large, there is a small dryer on the wall. View from the balcony to the mountains, the city and the sea. They didn't mess up with the cleaning, took out the trash and changed towels even though it wasn't every day, the floor was washed once in 11 days, and the bed linen wasn't changed. The choice of food in the restaurant is sufficient, they constantly report if something is running out. Pastries, cakes, fish, grilled meat, ice cream, watermelon... You can choose according to your taste. There are enough tables. They clean dirty dishes quickly. The restaurant's bar always has hot drinks, juices, carbonated drinks, alcohol, and milk... There is water in the refrigerators in all bars. The lobby bar and pool bar serve delicious cocktails. The staff is polite, smiling, and they work fast. The animation is not intrusive, there is a small entertainment program or bingo in the evenings. Those who wished were taken to a nightclub and a disco. Overall, I liked the hotel

It is suitable for unassuming tourists, whose main priority is an inexpensive, satisfying vacation. *Advantages: *Meals: Large dining room, there are always empty seats. The food is delicious, and there are good snacks throughout the day. * The atmosphere by the pool: This is a strong point! Animators (Cemre, Aytac, Alibaba) start working at 10 a.m., periodically hold games and entertain guests. Music is playing all the time, which creates an active and positive atmosphere and a good mood. *Sun beds: There are a lot of sun beds by the pool, the problem of finding a free place is unlikely. *Location: 1st line, less than a minute walk to the sea, a large number of shops within walking distance. *Bars: A sufficient number of bars with long opening hours (beach, pool, lobby bar). The queues at the bars are small (almost non-existent) and go fast. The bartenders are always friendly and prompt. *For children: There is a children's club and three water slides on site. Minuses: *Rooms: * Very old renovation * There are rooms without a balcony, and the small window makes the room dark and uncomfortable. * Faulty wiring (sockets work every other time). * Old, noisy and leaking air conditioners (maybe we're the only ones who are so unlucky) * Broken tiles in the shower, lack of shelves for products and cup holders for toothbrushes. * The refrigerator is not refilled (only 2 bottles of water at check-in). * The TV has almost no channels for Russian-speaking guests (only 3 channels). * An additional fee is required for the exchange for a room with a view (mountain view - 5 euros per person, sea view - 10 euros per person). Service: *Cleaning: Every other day. Shampoo and shower gel were given out only once in 7 days. * Hygiene: Dental kit is not provided! * Restocking: The mini-bar is not replenished *Territory and beach: * Swimming pool: Very deep (160 cm) and uncomfortable for short people and children, as it is impossible to stand. There is a pool for kids. * Beach: The main disadvantage is the approach with large stones and slabs, you need to enter the water very carefully, given that there are often waves. Many sun beds on the beach stand on a slide at an angle, on the sand. *Evening animation: Very weak compared to daytime animation. Evening events (concert, Bingo) are rare, and you have to pay extra (3 euros) for playing Bingo. *Canteen: Despite the advantages, there are organizational disadvantages: the products are not signed (it is impossible to distinguish, for example, sour cream from mayonnaise), the menu is monotonous, many salads taste "strange". It is important to understand that this is a 5* hotel, but an economy category! The stated cost of our tour was very low, and in this regard, the service fully corresponds to the price. We deliberately chose the budget option and did not expect luxury or high service.
