The rooms were spotless and stylish, the location was perfect—right near Republic Square—and the team was truly outstanding. Friendly, professional, and always ready to help, they made me feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Yerevan!

A hotel personnel entered my room at 23:30. With their key. The room does not lock from the inside. When I called the reception they didn’t care, “sorry, it was our system problem”. This is completely unsafe and ridiculous. The reception lady assumed that me and a random stranger that happened to enter in the hotel with me, are travelling together even after I explicitly stated that we are not. Said my room number out loud, and was pretty chaotic trying to check us in at the same time, I guess this is where the mistake came from. The rooms are ok, the bedsheets a little used by time. The room is quite dark in design and low lightning. The only good thing for me was the gym, but it is pretty small.
