We were with a friend in early October 2024. I liked the hotel, the food, the view, the location, the attention of the staff and the girls at the reception. The atmosphere is very warm and pleasant. The water is the cleanest on the beach. But the beach is completely ignored by the owners of the beautiful 5* hotel. Apart from the fact that it is crowded, at least in the three years that I was there, there were only sofas for VIPs. See the rest for yourself…
The locker room is the only one with broken hooks. There are no hooks in the toilet at all. It is unpleasant to approach the soul. The descent into the sea should be done more seriously.
I slipped hard twice on the wet, half-rotten wooden paths.
I hope this will be fixed by next season)

We went on vacation with a company. The hotel is already a bit ‘tired". The staff is friendly.
Positive:
- towels and bed linen are cleaned every day
- the variety of food and sweets in the restaurant is decent but without frills
- there is a market nearby
- the stone beach is 10-15 minutes away along a beautiful green alley
- the water on the stone beach is crystal clear, but I recommend buying corals
Cons:
- room cleaning apparently does not include floor cleaning (I had to go to the reception once every 2 days and ask to clean up)
- the pool is open until 19:00, which is very strange
- it is simply impossible to drink alcohol from ‘all inclusive’
- on the beach from the hotel, the price for all X5
- the disgusting guide from Coral Travel. He lies that Russian rubles cannot be exchanged anywhere, only with him, at his exchange rate. In the exchanger they will be changed for you at a more favorable rate and even from a Russian card by transfer you will be able to change money!
If you refuse to buy excursions from this guide, get ready for a disgusting attitude towards you. We had a flight rescheduled and if it wasn't for the girl from whom we bought vouchers, we would have spent more than 15 hours at the airport, because this character even after our call answered us that he didn't know anything and didn't care about anything. We had to prove to the receptionist ourselves that we needed a room because the delay was more than 12 hours.
- Safe, ironing service, Internet - all for a fee. Free internet only at the reception.
In principle, we had a good rest, took a sufficient amount of money with us, so we were not upset.
Excursions are much more profitable to purchase from Roma (on the way to the stone beach, along the green alley to the left of its premises)
We took 3 excursions, we were delighted.

We had a rest with my husband from March 4 to March 12, 2025. I enjoyed the rest. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious. Lots of fruits and sweets. The waiters are friendly. I agree with the vacationers, they didn't like alcoholic drinks. Everything else is great. There was a bazaar next to the hotel, there were a lot of fruits, vegetables and fish, it was a pity that it was impossible to buy home.
