• Shortly after check-in, we had a drink at the bar and charged it to the room. The waitress repeatedly pressured us to order food or dessert, which felt inappropriate and unwelcoming. • Upon returning from dinner, our room keys were deactivated. Reception informed us—rather abruptly—that this was due to an unpaid bar bill. Despite explaining the charge had been signed to the room, I was refused access to a manager and had to settle the bill immediately just to regain access to our room. • As a foreign guest, the hotel is required to register me with the local authorities. More than 24 hours after check-in, this still had not been done—apparently because the responsible staff member was absent.

The place is very nice and well treated, and I strongly recommend it, and all the basics are around the hotel, such as commercial complexes and banks, but I have a simple note about the receptionist and that she says that she is responsible for the hotel , Her name is Arina, she didn't help us in delaying our check-out from the hotel because our flight was at 12 am, we had to leave the hotel at 3 pm.

I don't want some individuals behavior to affect the rating. We spent happy whole week. I really wish if the front desk has more authorities for early check in exceptions specifically if thr guest is an existing one. Also they need to get more experiences and implement best practices for guest convenience and satisfaction.
