I went on an excursion "Garni, Geghard, Symphony of stones". I really liked the tour itself, and the animation, and of course the guide Susanna and the driver Khachik! Everything was clear, on time, the tour was in Russian. A comfortable Mercedes miro-bus. Suzanne talked fascinatingly about Armenia in general and about the locations on the route. At the end of the tour, we stopped at a wonderful place for a master class on making lavash, tasted hot lavash directly from the tandoor. But Garni and Geghard, the Symphony of Stones Gorge are a must-visit, even if you come to Armenia for a short time. The whole tour is about 6 hours, it's exhausting, and in my opinion, there was quite enough time for each location. The most pleasant impressions!

We rested in Yerevan with a friend for 4 days at the end of October. It's amazing that the city has a tour operator "Yur Service", you can visit many interesting places in the vicinity of Armenia at once. We took two tours and went 2 days in a row. You are not tired at all, by 6-7 pm you will be returned to the office of the tour operator, and there is still time to take a quiet walk around Yerevan and have dinner. Tours were taken remotely online from Moscow. The payment did not take place on the Russian card, and we were contacted by Whatsapp by phone number, offered to make a transfer to a private person who has a mir card in Armenia. It is very convenient, this is not a hoax, we were immediately sent a confirmation of the tour. We ordered a free transfer from the hotel, although in fact the location is convenient, you can walk. Round 1: Tsakhkadzor (Kecharis, Cable car), Lake. Sevan (Sevanavank), barbecue from Sevan trout; Round 2: Khor Virap Monastery, Bird Cave, In Areni Winery, Noravank Monastery. In the 1st round, we had a guide, Eduard, who leads the tour very concisely, without excessive overload of information, I really liked it. We wanted to take a picture, but did not have time to catch him =) Marina led the 2nd tour, tells a lot more, it is immediately clear that the guide has experience, knows a lot, told a lot of interesting things. I really liked this travel agency. We were with them on excursions to Lake Sevan and on excursions to Khor Virap. Excellent organization of excursions and their support. Both times were positive, professional guides and a cool Spartak driver. The buses are comfortable, with Wi-Fi, which is very important in order to stay in touch. The excursions are well filled - they include quite interesting tourist places, they take you to good home establishments for lunch (for a fee, but inexpensively, with a choice of dishes), where the food is excellent, and if you don't want to have lunch, you can just eat your supplies at a table. No one imposed anything, they did not bring purchases to the farmsteads of brothers and matchmakers, as is often done in other countries. The tour to Sevanavank and Lake Sevan left a very pleasant impression. The nature is simply amazing — the purest air, crystal clear water and incredible views of the mountains. Sevanavank Monastery itself impresses with its atmosphere and history, and you can feel the special energy of this place. Tigran, the guide, spoke in an interesting and accessible way, without overloading with information. A great place to take a break from the hustle and feel peace of mind. Highly recommend it!

We took a day tour of the sights of Armenia with my wife. Areni Winery, Shaki Waterfall, Tatev Monastery and cable car.
Everything went well, in a pleasant atmosphere.
Karen is a wonderful guide and Spartak is a driver.
In April, we were unlucky with the weather, there was nothing to see on the cable car. But I'll be lucky next time.

On 11.10.2024, we visited a wonderful excursion to the Monastery of Khor Virap, the winery In Areni, the Cave of Birds and Noravank. We went along the route of Akhpat, Zarni-Guys, Akhtala Fortress, Sanahin. The tour is at the highest level. The driver Garik and the tour guide Karen are just wonderful. We really liked everything!We talked in great detail and interestingly about all the sights.
The lunch was super tasty and satisfying. The buses are comfortable and clean, they give out water and mini treats.
We were satisfied, we recommend it!💯

We used the services of this agency in March 2025, took two excursions: Lake Sevan, Sevanavank, Dilijan, Goshavank, Haghartsin Monastery (03/11/2925) and Khor Virap, Azat reservoir, Narni Temple, lavash baking workshop, Geghard (03/12/2025). I liked the organization of the tour, professional drivers (Araik and Spartak) and guides (Marina and Eduard). Clean buses, water, gat pastries, good Wi-Fi on the bus are provided. The only thing I would like to ask is to slightly increase the arrival time at Lake Sevan in Khor Virap.

Good afternoon to all vacationers. I enjoyed the trip. The guide (Marina) tells an interesting story. Gyumri is generally an ordinary, not rich town, but it's worth a walk in the center (it resembles old merchant streets with modern shops). It's definitely worth going to the church and the museum. I especially liked the monastery in the settlement where tuff is mined - an interesting place (beautiful view, clean air, water).

Это не первая моя экскурсия с Йур сервис. Очень понравилась работа экскурсовода и водителя: Маня и Левон большие молодцы. Я хоть и не в первый раз была в большинстве мест, но даже я услышала много для себя нового. А потрясающий английский у Мани - это отдельная прекрасная песня. Но есть и минус, с ним тоже сталкиваюсь не впервые - из-за свободной рассадки часто в автобусах происходят целые баталии. Например, я сегодня специально пришла раньше, чтобы занять то место, которое хотела по ряду причин (укачивает иногда), но меня попросили пересесть в конец автобуса, так как я одна, а не в паре и меня было проще всего пересадить куда-то. Это огорчительно и впечатление подпортило в очередной раз.

I have ordered excursions from Yur Service in Armenia many times: Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, Lake Sevan and Sevanavank, Etchmiadzin, Gyumri, Tatev — 8 times in total. The guides are always pleasant and erudite, fluent in Russian. Most of them are ready to tell much more about their beloved Armenia than the tour provides.
I would like to note the drivers separately: they drive very carefully, without exceeding and dangerous overtaking.
I also like the integrated approach to organizing excursions. Most often, one day tour includes visits to temples and /or museums, as well as some entertainment formats. And definitely a delicious lunch.
You can definitely entrust your acquaintance with Armenia to Yur Service!

We went along the route Amberd Fortress-Mount Aragats-oz. Kari - dried fruit production -Sagmosavank - Alphabet Alley.
Most of all, I wanted to visit Lake Kari, and it's really beautiful and cool there, the water doesn't feel very cold, but unfortunately the parking lot is very small - 20 minutes, you can't even wet your feet. Almost everything we've seen is beautiful. Lunch was served at the dried fruit factory, I liked the lunch. It's not very interesting at the factory itself, because in fact there are only trays with drying fruits.
In our car, the tour was only in Russian, the English-language tour was in another car. It would be nice if, in the time that has been formed, the guide Susanna would expand her story. As it was, everything went well, the ride in the car was comfortable, there was always cold drinking water.

We visited Armenia for the New Year holidays for the first time. Following the recommendation of the airport bus driver and tourist reviews on Yandex, we decided to use the services of the Yur Service travel company, and we did not lose out. There were excursions to the Garni Temple and Geghard Monastery, Khor Virap and Noravank. Comfortable buses, water, treats, well-organized tours, professional work of guides, especially liked Manya, she talks very interestingly, is friendly, answers all questions. Although it was winter, the landscapes of Armenia are simply fascinating and magnificent, the mountains are simply a delight! Good weather and stunning views of Mount Ararat from the closest point. I really liked the approach to organizing the tour, they pick you up from the hotel on a transfer, the one-day tour includes visits to temples, monasteries, as well as master classes in making lavash and tolma. And the obligatory delicious lunch. It takes from 6 to 8 hours in time, which is not burdensome. I would also like to mention the work of the Spartak driver, for the accuracy of driving. It turned out to be a very interesting trip from Yur Service on 10/21/2024 to the tour "Akhpat, Zarni caves-Guys, Akhtala fortress, Aramyants Castle, Sanahin" with a charming guide Vardui, driver Khachik.
It was the most informative of the tours I went on in Armenia. The guide told us a lot and in detail. In addition, Vardui treated our group with great care – she was interested in how the mood was, whether we were comfortable. To be honest, it was nice.
Thanks to the driver Khachik for comfortable driving on winding mountain roads, without sudden braking. I didn't even get seasick))
We spent the whole day on this trip, and the weather changed throughout the day, the Akhtala fortress was watched in the rain, but it did not spoil my day at all.
The views are very beautiful, I admired the mountains and forests all the way. Most of all, I liked the monastery of Haghpat (in the photo, the bell tower and surroundings in Haghpat). They gave us enough time, but I would have stayed there longer if I had the opportunity.
Thanks to the Yur Service company for a thoughtful program: route and time for sightseeing, stops, lunch. Thanks to this, the trip turns out to be quite intense, but tireless.
Special thanks to the driver Garik (who took us on a tour of the beautiful Aragatsotn region) for the advice to go north to Lori and see the nature of those places, the Sanahin and Haghpat monasteries. I did not consider long tours for more than 10 hours, I planned to go to Sevan for the second time. I am very glad that I followed the advice and discovered the most beautiful region of Lori. Yes, it's a long way, but the trip itself through such picturesque places gives vivid impressions.

We were on almost all the excursions, and what catches your eye is the increased attention to collecting information at lunch - sometimes to the detriment of the tour itself.
The tour to Dilijan is from 10 to 19-19.30. At the same time, lunch is at 12-12.30. It would be great to postpone lunch later.

I am very grateful to Hyur Service for such cool tours. I went on 4(!) tours with them and never regretted it. I saw a huge number of sights: from Sevan and Garatsin to Garni and Gegherd. There are many beautiful monasteries: Noravank, Hovhannavank, Haghartsin… Everyone is beautiful. And there were very tasty dinners on each tour!

I really liked the tour "Akhpat, Akhtala fortress, Zarni-Guys caves, Aramyants Castle").
The driver Khachik is a real professional - he safely organized movement in the dark and along the serpentines.
Vardui's guide is a nice girl, she talked very interestingly throughout the entire route. We learned a lot not only about the sights, but also about the history of Armenia, Armenian traditions, local legends.

We took an excursion to Gyumri. Great) visited the museum of everyday life (guide Arshak), walked around the territory of the Black Fortress. Then there was lunch) at the beginning of the trip, we chose lunch from the menu (The fish was amazing! In general, a common table was set in advance for our group. There were 3 types of salad, cheese, two types of pita bread, coffee/tea, lemonade, bun, potatoes, a plate with herbs. Delicious!). Then an hour-long guided walk around the city. And the last point was a visit to the Arichavank monastery. The place is atmospheric. Our guide's name was Marina. Just a storehouse of information) very interesting. We learned so much about this wonderful country thanks to Marina! Thank you for the beautifully organized tour. There is something to compare it with. You are the best!
