All this time we sat at a table and watched the staff. There was one person at the checkout and three girls in the kitchen. No more staff was visible. No one even wiped the tables. The tables were wiped by the customers themselves. And there was a lot of garbage in the bins. people who didn't clean it up had already left it on trays near the trash, there were also a lot of trays there wasn't even where to put them. Orders were confused or given out the wrong way, and the cheese burgers were not reported to us. I am very disappointed with this establishment in this place.

The whole chicken seemed to have been lying in the morning (the wing was so dry that the bone was visible, the strips were almost black), the fries were so hard that you had to try to crack them, the chickenburger was a little dry, but compared to the rest it was just a miracle. There were no questions in the order, only for the pie, cola and the postcard included in the star basket package. And the most important disappointment is the toast with cheese, I love it so much, but the cheese didn't melt at all. I think it happens, but what was my disappointment when I ordered the second one. I was as upset as possible that the situation had repeated itself, I went up to the girl at the checkout and asked her to fix it, the girl turned out to be nice and calmly fixed everything.
Also, another employee was sitting in the hall in a work uniform and giggling sweetly, apparently with his girlfriend, but this is absurd, of course, especially considering that the woman at the checkout was waiting for the cashier. I understand everything, it's the end of the shift, but the quality of the food and the attitude of some employees is simply amazing.
