On their website, they use outdated photos of their gym. Their gym is falling apart and in unusable condition. They have no activities for kids, despite advertising such things. Food ranges between average and terrible. Certain features of hotel are outdated or in poor condition.

2*, not 5! Very dirty, poor customer service. Staff yelling from 8am, you won’t be able to sleep there.
The came into my room when I was out (they said ‘to check it’s, not to clean/change towels) when I complained they said they’ll deport me from the country 😆
Avoid! Overrated, overpriced.

A wonderful hotel! We had a rest with my husband from 09/27/24 to 10/3/14. The location of the hotel is convenient, good service. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The hotel guide Irakli met at the reception, who conducted a tour: showed the SPA, pools, bars, and the hotel territory. We visited the hammam and were delighted. The fabulous, well-groomed territory of the hotel. The rooms are perfectly clean, the freshest linen and towels. The hotel is clean, cozy and beautiful. The food at the hotel is excellent and varied. I would like to mention the woman who cooked the gozleme (it's so delicious!). And also to mention the administrator of the Rasim karaoke restaurant, who created comfortable conditions for vacationers on the terrace. Thanks to the animators for the unusual contests among couples and other contests and shows. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for the positive emotions received during the rest.We have made new friends, including among the hotel staff. A great desire to relax at the hotel "MirAmor" one more time.
