My first experience at your hotel, I would like to thank the night manager Maria, she saved me when I arrived at the hotel and I did not have any money and the taxi driver did not stop at the bank for me to withdraw money, she gave me some of her money to reward the driver and on the second day an amount was withdrawn from the bank and returned to the cooperative manager, it was a situation I will never forget, she helped me in a very difficult situation, I would like to thank the owners of this hotel for providing someone like Maria, she deserves the best for her wonderful attitudes with customers
I have visited Moscow more than once, but I will return to your hotel and I will recommend all my followers and friends to make Novotel their first destination because of the wonderful people like Maria, the night shift manager.
Maria's positive attitude made me happy throughout my stay with you.
Regardless of the lack of hygiene , no estimation of the movement spaces in the room, not even distribution of the air conditioner , and no windows for the room to breath , I asked the room services for the meals they provide and simply he said (no food) and hang up on me immediately . No respect no good service.
