The worst hotel ever: 1. No one to carry luggage 2.Receptionist has the worst attitude ever, refused to check us in, she asked us to provide our previous hotel registration form although we were not provided with it and they also refused to allow us to call them from the hotel phone to provide the registration form they asked for. 3. Bad WiFi 4. Awful rooms and housekeeping towels stayed on the floor during our whole stay period 5. Toilet door cannot lock 6. Non cooperative staff, they don't provide help or support for anything at all 7.We discovered that our room card wasn't accessible when we came back to the hotel once , it was due to the receptionist mistake as she forgot to scan one of our family members immigration card, so they decided to lock our card instead of requesting us politely to provide it I would never recommend it at all

No one was there to take your luggage to the room. The receptionist promised to upgrade my room the next day without charge; however, the next shift's staff charged me for a smaller room.

The worst hotel ever The worst employees and receptionist ever Never go there Dirty and very old and the housekeeping shouts at us on nothing! Supposedly we should have an extra bed and they gave us only a sofa that it doesn’t even open!! The toilet door doesn’t close!!
