Посещаю данное отделение почты России регулярно. Хорошее приятное обслуживание как физических лиц, так и юридических! нет очередей, вежливый компетентный персонал Рядом с нашим офисом тоже имеется отделение почты, но мне лучше и приятней проехать на трамвае несколько остановок. Особая благодарность операторам Алле и Инне!

Из-за близости к вокзалам и отсутствия рядом других отделений у персонала всегда много работы, но они отлично справляются, обслуживают быстро. Коллектив практически не меняется, как в многих других отделениях, а это очень хороший показатель.

Ужасное, медлительное обслуживание, начали еще выдавать заказы маркетплейсов в той же самой очереди, хотя и так было не протолкнуться. Выдают посылки видимо знакомым людям влезающим без очереди, отношение за редкими исключениями хамское. В общем заходить сюда не советую, как и во многие отделения почты России.
