По обслуживанию все как в обычных отделениях: долго, нудно, как везде. По графику работы - отвратительно. В воскресенье не работают, в субботу вообще до 18 часов только, доставку на сайте невозможно оформить в воскресенье или в нерабочие часы. В итоге чисто негативные впечатления и куча нервов, потраченных на это. Зато чисто, и на том спасибо.

Возмущению работы, нет предела. Из Зеленограда в другой район Москвы письмо шло 2 месяца...мне даже страшно представить сколько письма идут из других городов.

Вежливый персонал. Помогли с посылкой. Нет привычной электронной очереди. Если немного народу то все очень быстро оформляют
