Very lazy personal. Registered our flight duribg 3 hours! Can’t open more counters to register? Dirty everywhere, a lot of trash. No information about what is prohibited in onboard luggage - they threw away my creams that are not liquids and went in industrial plastic wrap! Horrible attitude!

I took off from Phuket airport on 12/10/2025. Check-in for the flight, taking into account the large influx of departures, is well organized. Take a close look at the check-in counters at the entrance to your flight. When passing through the inspection, be careful with the volume of water, juices, etc. Passport checks were carried out despite the large flow of departures quickly enough. The staff is correct and patient. There are many shops in the clean zone, and there is a currency exchange office. You can eat. The toilet is clean enough. There aren't enough places to sit and relax. In general, the airport leaves a positive attitude, as opposed to some kind of sadness that your vacation is over and you are leaving Tai.

A convenient, clear airport. It might need some updating, but overall everything is pretty functional. In the arrival area, you often end up in a long queue at passport control, but it passes quite quickly. The workload depends on the season, of course, but all the same, the control is prompt. There are exchangers, you can purchase local SIM cards, you can order and pay for a taxi at the airport desk at the exit, and there is a waiting area for transfers on the street next to the exits. There are also queues at the check-out area, but everyone is also checked fairly quickly. The departure area is also full of duty-free, souvenir shops and cafes, there is also a point where you can refund the tax on purchased goods, we returned on phones and sneakers. The amounts can be quite significant (depends of course on the cost of the product). There are also many places to wait, courteous staff, free Wi-Fi, in short, everything is convenient, comfortable, and standard.
