obliged me to empty a cabin size bag, to pay and register while empty (and flexible bag). result an empty bag was sent in addition to my suitcase, as it just protect my camera. very stupid ! i would say service is terrible there... prefer aeroflot, belavia or any other options when available !

Absolutely untrained staff, mocking at people for each mm of luggage excess, allow themselves rude and nasty comments, and do nothing to pragmatically solve occurred situations. There are no meals or drinks onboard except water and that is even for 4 to 5 hrs flights. Additionally, the ticket price is not the cheapest so other airlines may easily outbeat. The only credit they may get is for the exclusive routes like Astrakhan, or Arkhangelsk, but at the end, domestic flights are handled by lower qualified personnel who haven’t got relevant training and experience. So if you can book with another airline I would suggest you rather do and avoid pobeda.
