I have never met a non-customer-oriented bank/organization. People have to stand in line for hours, not understanding whether they will get to the service or not. Moreover, according to information from people in the queue, people have also been contacting the department for several days in a row, standing in line, and as a result they cannot get in. please adjust the work of the departments and prevent such cases when people are standing in queues for an hour or two or more in vain!

The department is not bad. The bank itself is stuck in the 2010s for customer convenience. I recommend that the bank adopt the technology and level of service from banks in other countries. Where it is not necessary to tell the operator all your personal and passport data, account and card numbers when calling the support service from the application, especially when these conversations are recorded. Where there are no SMS messages about outstanding debt, which, according to the operator, is not there, do not send messages about debt, which is not there - I was refused.
Solve the maintenance problem! Queues are constantly!! I respect the bank, but these queues are straight.... I am especially pleased when one specialist is working, and the second one has a sign for a technical break and a queue of five people.
It is absolutely not a customer-oriented department, the answer to everything is no. Namely: I ordered cash currency, it turned out that they definitely need a plastic card (who in the 21st century carries plastic cards with them???), the card in the phone does not fit. Moreover, there is also no way to postpone the date of currency collection in this particular branch (lo and behold), so you need to wait a month for the next opportunity.
Everything is learned in comparison - for several years of using Alfa bank's services, there were no complaints, everything is fast, everything is convenient. I switched to prior (not on my own) - there are some sticks in all the wheels, you need to have a ton of patience and time.
In the evening, I came to pay for the traffic police exam, the cashier girl was talking rudely. I understand everything, it was the end of the day, but I gave her all the papers with the necessary account and tried to provide the data on the phone. In other banks, there was no such problem as "I don't understand what it says" for some reason, well, it happens. The human factor.
As a result, they paid, but because of her bad mood, the girl spoiled it for the customers

The girl is very pleasant and helped to issue a virtual card, quickly and without problems. Minus a star for technical support via a chatbot. Very slow.
I came at 17:55, the queue was idle, and at 19:00 a so-called bank employee came out and said that the branch was closed and she would not accept anyone else.
In order to withdraw money from the card without its availability, you initially need to make a request on the second floor, wait 15 minutes after going to the first floor and there is only one cash register where you can do this. They came up and there the girl is talking on the phone with a guy, they decide what they should buy for their grandmother's birthday, and the employee just sits without work and waits for the girl to solve her phone conversations. Based on the fact that it lasted 15 minutes, the ticket office went on a technical break. Due to the negligence of an employee, I lose my 30 minutes, do not waste your patience and time, it is easier to go to the nearest bank branch.
