This is my second time staying at this hotel and I really like it overall. However, I was disappointed with the way one of the staff members treated me. I called the reception from my room at 10 AM to request an iPhone charger, and the receptionist said she would bring it. I waited until 2 PM, but no one came. When I called again to follow up, I asked in English about the charger, but it seemed like she didn’t understand English and only spoke Russian. She ended up hanging up the phone on me, which I found very rude and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially from hotel staff.

Расположение отеля топ! Центр города! Из окон прекрасный вид. Цены на номера вполне доступны от 5400, что для этого сегмента отлично. Завтраки хорошие: яичницу готовят при тебе с любыми добавками, есть альтернативное и безлактозное молоко, морковный фреш, рыбка и прочий шведский стол. Доплата за завтрак к номеру до 1000 р. Отель компактный. Ванная чистая в плитке, очень красивая. Звезду сняла за усталость. Я обратила внимание и это сильно раздражало - старый ковралин. Он настолько зачищен, что кажется грязным и пыльным, причем во всем отеле. Тумбочка в моем номере была побитая. Грустный персонал. Подтянуть бы это все!!!!
