I stayed at level 3 hotel room. Single traveler. Conditioning, beds, shower no issues. Breakfast was a good international spread. I can't speak for other rooms, but my room toilet had some drainage issues - water spilled over from showering in the bathtub on to the floor did not properly drain away because there was no drainage. Not elderly friendly cos there are no handlebars in the toilet from getting up from the toilet bowl and getting out of the bathtub. The floors can be a bit slippery.

It's our first night and we already regretting the decision of staying here. The reception unhappy guy (working at 3 am) made it uncomfortable for us. That's the only thing I can say. Update: it's been 10 nights and everything went fine until we woke up this morning and the water coming from the shower was very dirty :/ we let it run for like 30 minutes but that didn't fix it. We called the reception and they sent a plumber. He took a long time working that we just left the room and started our day without taking a shower. When I stopped by the reception and told them that they could've find a better solution (they could've change our room temporarily at least until they fix their dirty water issue) they responded with a firm tone that there's no availability. This hotel doesn't deserve even 3 star hotel. I don't recommend it at all. The only good thing is it's location. Other than that it's awful

Very nice staff and stay, breakfast was good. Furniture is quite old but the service is great. Ameen the Arabic guy is helpful and will give help for your accommodation as long as you need to get the best experience.
