In February 2024, the store opened after the renovation and reconstruction of the squares (previously, two of our well-known confectionery brands were located on this territory). It is beautiful, bright, free, a cafeteria is open and there is a retail department with a seller. The entire assortment, which is produced by the factory in Gomel, is constantly updated. It's chocolate on the stock, then cookies, sweets. If the acceptable use period is approaching in a couple of months, then the price is falling, just buy!And we are buying, now we also have it.The staff is friendly, but I don't remember much about the young ones.If there are long queues at two cash desks, and there are always a lot of customers at lunch, then you can ask them to punch a check in the cafeteria. There are storage cells for large bags, so as not to bring them into the trading floor.
Rude communication with customers! I didn't expect this from the store director.
I'll start from far away, bought a box of chocolates and later discovered that the candies had deteriorated, changed shape, color, crystallized, and so on. Although the deadline was fine. I contacted the head of the technical control service, A.A. Filippova, by mail. She apologized and told me to come to their company store in the capital to exchange the box.
We went to Spartak in Stolitsa shopping center to find out what we need to return (passport/receipt/box), to which the store director started yelling, "why did you come here? Go to where you bought it, it's not our party," and so on, and all this in a raised tone with malicious overtones. Although we had absolutely good intentions.
Naturally, this is not your party, because in my address I wrote the city where the box was purchased, but I was told to come to the capital, because we live in Minsk. But she didn't want to listen to anything. She talked not as a customer, a customer, a consumer, but as an enemy of the world.
Realizing that we only needed a box of chocolates, we returned a few hours later, the director was gone. The cashier began to say with displeasure and rudely that she knew nothing, that we only needed to communicate with the director. Okay, but why is this attitude towards people?
As a result, after being asked to call the director, the box was exchanged for us.
But as a result of the nerves spent, it wasn't worth it. My anxiety went up, as if it was my fault that the candies were ruined! And of course, there were no apologies.
The company itself, of course, is not to blame for the fact that they employ such employees who are so "able" to present the company store in all its glory.
We bought and will continue to buy Spartak candies, but there is no desire to come to this particular store anymore. All the best
I went into the store of these sweets and got stuck on such a variety. There are a lot of different gift sets, my eyes are already running away. Different chocolates, and how many candies are distributed. Well, anyway, she came out with a large package of gifts. And everyone comes out happy and with their bags.
