We stayed at the Sunprime Kamala Beach +16 hotel (building without children) 09.12.24-19.12.24. We lived in building 7, the Windows faced the mountain.
❤️What you liked:
1. Large green area, nice to stay and walk, everything is clean and well maintained. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, 4 pools, comfortable sun beds and plenty of room for everyone. Lots of flowers and birds. For the New Year, everything was decorated with New Year decorations, lighting, and lights. There are cute lizards, butterflies, and seals on the territory.
2. A huge plus is that the sea is very close. We sunbathed on the sun beds by the pool, went swimming to the sea in 30 seconds)) There were always free sun beds. There was enough room for everyone. Our things were not taken from the sun beds))
3. There are no children in the hotel, there is no sound of children crying and crying. Relaxing and catching zen)))
4. You can only smoke in special places, which is a huge plus for me as a non-smoker. The rooms are not smoky, no one smokes at you by the pool/bars.
5. The staff is polite, they communicate well in English. They are always friendly and smiling. Interested in helping and solving the problem.
6. Good massage - the prices are exactly the same as outside the hotel, my husband and I went to: oil massage, Thai massage, foot massage. I liked everything, all the clamps in my muscles were removed, and the pain in my neck and shoulder went away.
7. Food: there are 2 restaurants and 2 lobby bars on site by the pools. The breakfasts are decent, everything you need is there, everything is delicious. There were always fruits (pineapple, watermelon, quince, pappaya, Dragon fruit, lime). We often had dinner at the restaurant "Restaurant by the sea". Delicious Thai and European food, we enjoyed everything. The average check per person is 600-700 baht.
8. The hotel has live music in the evening.
What didn 't you like:
1. An unpleasant situation occurred on the first day. Check-in at 15:00, we were brought to the hotel by that time, but our rooms were not ready, at 15:30 we went to check in, but the room was still not ready: the room was still being cleaned, the floors were washed, there was someone else's garbage… We were asked to wait another 1-1.5 hours. I was very upset and angry, I had to have a little fight, the staff began to apologize.…I had to take photos and write to the travel agent about the situation - after 5 minutes they gave me a new room and gift cards for cocktails at the bar.
2. The air conditioner is hanging by the bed and blowing directly at you, poorly regulated. My husband has a cold (((why put an air conditioner there in the first place... a strange decision.
3. I went to the bathroom by the pool, took 2 sunscreens with me, because there was a mirror. I left the creams on the sink for 2 minutes, left the toilet - the creams were gone, respectively, no one could find and return the creams (the guards looked at the cameras and said that no one had taken…
4. It's expensive to get to the hotel, there is no asphalt, stones and dust.
More information about the hotel:
1. The rooms are spacious, everything is there (iron, hairdryer, bathrobes, safe, etc.). The furniture is not new, but it is not dead or old either. We had no complaints. There were no mosquitoes. There were small ants, but there is such liveliness in all hotels in Tai.
2. Cleaned every day. The rooms were clean, there was no dust anywhere, the floors were clean. No items were missing.
3. There are many cameras on the territory and there is security, non-guests are not allowed to enter the territory
4. There are movements and games: water aerobics, dancing in the gym, darts, billiards, etc.
5. There is a doctor and a grocery store on site.
6. 2 beach towel dispensaries, open from 09:00 to 18:00, not very convenient, but not critical
7. It is better to walk along the walking area near the beach to shops, markets, and ATMs.
8. Kamala beach is basically good, there are no crowds of people. The sand is completely clean. The water is not as clear as on Kata or Karon beach.
Would we go back to the hotel again? I think so, yes.
I liked everything very much. The best hotel for those with children. Next to it , but only for adults . The rooms are large with a microwave , refrigerator , dishes , tea and coffee ... , the balconies are beautiful ... Many pools , I liked the area , the breakfasts are excellent. The animators are great, they go and entertain the kids. Evening animations for children are also great. Massage was done every day. And the beach and the sea are above all praise . Sunsets... beauty. They did not climb out of the sea . I advise everyone to come here . Vacation for 5+!
A cool family hotel, a lot of pools, the sea is at hand without any roads, spacious rooms, courteous staff, delicious breakfasts.
There is all the infrastructure for families with children, starting from pots, high chairs, rocking chairs, footrests for the sink, ending with a crib.
There is a lot of greenery on the territory, everything is cleaned, the pools are cleaned every evening.
