I was very satisfied with the hotel, based on the reviews, I was worried about breakfast, in the end - in vain. The food was very good, we only had breakfast, the menu was very varied, we never went hungry, there were a lot of different dishes starting with potatoes and ending with fresh pastries.
The staff is very friendly and always comes to the rescue.
There were also reviews about noisy foreign tourists, I initially asked to be put away from them, we were put in the second building (there is a swimming pool there) and the floor was quiet.
The room itself is a bit old, but we initially took it into account that we would only sleep there, but everything was clean and there was cleaning every day
The hotel itself is located right in the center, 10 minutes to the beach, and a big plus is that it is located near the market, where the food is very tasty. It is located next to the main street, but there is no noise in the room and it is quiet at night.
We were satisfied with the rest and the hotel, I give 5 stars
I've been vacationing since early December 2024. I liked everything. The rooms are clean, with high-quality furniture, EXCELLENT wi-fi!!!! The breakfasts are not varied, but you won't go hungry when you come to breakfast at any time. There are swimming pools in two buildings. Special thanks to the staff, polite, attentive people. The location is also great.
We stayed at the hotel from 09/23/2023 to 08.10.2023. The hotel does not pull in the declared 4 stars. This is not the first time in Phuket, there is something to compare it with. The hotel has 3 buildings. This season, they were occupied only in 1 and 2. The rooftop pools leave much to be desired. We didn't swim. Upon arrival, we were settled in the 1st building. The toilet was leaking in the room and there were torn curtains. The staff at the reception is polite, and some problems can be solved with the help of an interpreter. We were moved to the 2nd building, the room stock is the same. The rooms are practically no different. But then suddenly there was a problem. There are a lot of guests from India staying at the hotel. Their customs and mentality are completely different from ours. Hindus open the doors of their rooms, talk loudly almost 24/7. They do not respond to requests to close the doors and be quiet. They asked us to move us again. But after a few days, the Indians settled on this floor. The breakfast buffet is more Indian-oriented. Fried and boiled eggs are always cold, just like everything else. There are always 3 types of fruits to choose from. The restaurant staff is polite. Room cleaning mainly consists of changing towels, making the bed and taking out the trash. Bed linen is changed as it gets dirty. Wet cleaning once a week. There are more minuses than pluses. I don't want to go back to the hotel anymore.
