We were at this hotel at the end of September. First, about the advantages. Excellent sandy beach, clean sea, decent food around the clock for every taste. The entertainment and animation are great! It's just super. Now the cons. There are boorish staff at the reception who will not try to help you in any way. Arrogant, rude, boors. But this is the face of the hotel, I think so. The attic room is so tiny))) the ceiling is low, to get to the balcony, you will wrap all your legs around the bed. A 20 cm wide cabinet is generally a masterpiece. In the second room there is a tiny window under the ceiling. We didn't have any cleaning. The cunning, insolent maid came day after day at three o'clock in the afternoon, when we had a small child sleeping. I got the impression that she was doing it on purpose. By the way, they do not have signs to disturb, so if you want to sleep during the day, be ready to rush to open the door to a loud knock.The key to the room for three adults is given one. It is very inconvenient when the reception asked for a second one, of course they were refused. When I was there, many people went and asked to change the number, apparently we were not the only ones with a problem with the number.The territory of the hotel is small, in the evening they put speakers under the windows, people went around complaining that the music was booming half the night right out the window.

We arrived at the hotel, were warmly welcomed, and quickly provided a room. The room is clean, cozy, everything works. Since we arrived in the morning, we were immediately invited to breakfast. There are 2 swimming pools, sun beds, and 3 bars on site. You can eat both in the restaurant and on the street. The sea is 7min away. walking distance from the hotel. Who is too lazy to go, there is a bus every 5 minutes from the hotel to the beach. It takes 2 minutes to drive. It's better to take a walk. The sea is clear, the bar is open from 10:00. If you don't want to go to the hotel for lunch, you can eat at the beach bar. But respect the traditions, don't come to the beach bar naked. It's not pretty or aesthetically pleasing. There is a bazaar near the hotel where you can buy everything, and there is also a bus stop where you can get to Manavgat itself and take a walk in the center. The locals will tell you everything. There is a lot to describe, but I recommend visiting the Victory Resort Hotel. I want to relax in this hotel again. I RECOMMEND IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Great hotel!!! There is no pomposity, but everything is neat and clean. We cleaned and changed towels every day. The food is varied, but the most important thing is that it is perfectly cooked. The fruits are always fresh. There is a bar with ice cream which is also of good quality. Alcoholic drinks and cocktails are on top. There is no constantly rumbling music. The rest turned out to be spiky and measured. I would definitely go there again. I will recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

Wonderful hotel, delicious food. I especially liked the bar menu.
Of course, there are few water slides, only 2, but they are diverse and fun to ride on them.
The rooms are also very comfortable.
At the expense of the beach: you can get to it by a special minibus that runs every 5 minutes, the distance from the hotel to the beach is 300m.

A great family hotel! We were here last year, returned again in 2024. Excellent food, beautiful beach, entry into the water, very caring staff! Many people remembered us - they greeted us like family! It's very nice! The hotel is quiet and peaceful, ideal for families with young children! 6. Along the line with beach restaurants (all hotels have them) there is a wonderful path for walking / jogging. I.e. there is a wide line of beach and restaurants, a path, and then the hotel buildings.
7. Bus stop to Side right at the hotel (it is more profitable to pay in lira).
8. To the canyon with rafting (if you take this tour) 25 minutes.
Of the cons: the hair dryer rattled very much in our room, water leaked a little on the floor between the shower and the toilet (the maid put a towel, everything is OK), the air conditioner always blew at the same speed (too strong for the night). But with all this, something could be done. Therefore, it did not hurt us to get the most out of our vacation at this hotel.

In the evening, children's animation followed by awarding the winners of the games in the afternoon, it was very pleasant, both adults and children were awarded.Then there is a performance, visiting artists, acrobats, circus.At 23:00 continuation, live music, karaoke, dancing, bingo.And then those who had the strength left went to the disco.It definitely won't be boring.

Neighboring hotels sometimes launch fireworks in the evenings, but in our hotel, on the last day of our vacation, 8 huge kites were launched on the beach, an amazing sight.

A wonderful hotel for relaxing in a relaxed atmosphere. There is so much food that you can't even try everything in 7 days. The rooms are nice, cozy without much frills. In many places, there is unlimited free water and ayran in the refrigerators. There is no entertainment outside the hotel, except for a small market and a chain store.

This is the second time in this hotel. I like the beach with a good sunset and a clear sea. The second line, but it takes about 7 minutes to go to the beach, the road passes by neighboring hotels, there is a free bus, we walked more often. Animation during the day: Bocce, gymnastics, aqua aerobics, darts and something else. I liked the evening programs, invited artists performed on them. The rooms are nice, we had two large mirrors, there are shelves in the closet, a balcony. In October, the weather is 28 degrees in the afternoon, the water temperature in the sea is 27 degrees. Things on the balcony do not dry out overnight. Near the market, pharmacy, bus stop.
The food is praised, but it is diverse. In the morning there is nothing meat except sausage and hot sausages, I did not like porridge. There was cottage cheese, yogurt, cheeses, jam, pastries, delicious grain bread. There were a lot of delicious fruits and vegetables for lunch and dinner, there were even coconuts and pineapples. There's something new every day. I liked the ice cream at dinner, it was prepared by the cook from cream and various fillers: fresh berries, baklava, cookies. He did not add sugar, i.e. only cream and berries, very tasty. Basically all the dishes are fried or grilled, there is no children's menu. The squid was nasty and tasteless, and it was probably poisoned by them. I didn't like the stewed meat dishes, the meat was tasteless, I couldn't even eat it. There are a lot of people dining in the beach restaurant, the menu is different from the main restaurant, they bake gozleme tortillas.
Mosquitoes at night. The iron is paid. Wi-Fi constantly requires authorization, I was explained at the reception that this is about the security of their system.
The reception staff understands German better than English, and only one understood Russian.
The territory is small and consists of swimming pools, a small lawn. There is an alley along the beach, where you can walk and run.

5. There are always and everywhere enough sun beds both at sea and by the pools
If you don't worry about the little things, then it's a decent vacation for your money.
Of the cons:
1. Weak air conditioning system everywhere, there are no air conditioners in the corridors of the buildings, weak weak air conditioning in the restaurant, such that it is more pleasant to eat at lunch in the heat outside under the scorching sun, rather than indoors, weak air conditioning in the lobby (nonsense, so many people spend time there and such stuffiness!), old and terrible noisy air conditioners in the rooms
Russian Russian staff is practically absent, there is only one receptionist who speaks English / German at the reception every day (and this is surprising, because most of the vacationers are Russian!)
3. Reviews about worms in the showers in the room are the pure truth! After washing in the shower, they pop up from some cracks, black and disgusting, but the staff cleans the room, disinfects them with something and they disappear (we observed them for the first 2-3 days)
4. The hotel itself is old and it can be seen everywhere, shabby in places, cracks somewhere, the plumbing is old, the stairs in the pool are shaking
If you are used to driving in brand new clean pyaterochka, you will immediately appreciate the difference) but in general it is normal if you go beyond the sea and delicious food) Positive feedback for gifts is also true, not everything is so perfect here, do not let yourself be fooled)

Of the cons: very small rooms, speakers are installed right under the 4th and 3rd buildings until 00:00 and music is screaming, for those who cannot sleep directly under the air conditioner, this is a torment, since it blows directly at you, if you open the balcony door later, mosquitoes fly in + from 3 nights Roosters are crowing until 6 am! This is the main disadvantage. Also, there are no lifeguards in the pool or on the beach, especially on the slides it is very dangerous, since children and adults of different weight categories come down and it is so easy to get injured.

We stayed at the hotel from 4.10 to 11.10. The sea is excellent.there are sun beds at any time. The restaurant is on top. But... there is no cleaning at all. We lived in building number 6. on the 4th day we caught rotovirus-hard. And all the other days of our vacation turned into horror. Then we found out that every second person is sick. She asked to wash the floors-from the balcony to the door and that's it. The cash bonus didn't help. Only Germans are greeted with hugs at the reception. Smoking is generally everywhere-a restaurant, a beach bar-a horror for non-smokers. I think the vacation is ruined. And whoever came to the room after us - I think he got sick too, just like us.

Perhaps the first hotel in my life where I want to return and recommend to everyone in the world!
1. The beach. Sandy, the approach is gentle, the sea is clear. There are deeper places, there are smaller ones, people with different levels of swimming will come in, and of course children. There are always enough sun beds for everyone, there is a canopy over the sun beds - you can at least lie all day. There is a bar near the beach where you can have delicious lunch, drink drinks, etc. You can get to the beach by delivery, you can walk. We preferred walking, walking is not far - 5-7 minutes, depends on how you walk :)
2. Animation. At the highest level! If you want, lie down, no one will impose, if you want, play boccia, darts, archery, play volleyball, do aqua aerobics. Aqua aerobics is fun, it's useful to shake up a dense diet. It turned out that with animator Barish, boccia is very exciting, but I thought it was only for pensioners :)There are shows in the evenings, some of them are just a bomb! The Mongolian circus and the Brazilian show performed difficult tricks, several times the heart almost stopped. In general, they may surprise you!!! All the animators are great fellows!
3. Nutrition. It's just fantastic: the physical capabilities of the stomach were not enough to try everything. And most importantly, it's delicious, everyone will find their favorite. But, of course, the top is tuna, shrimp in unlimited quantities, kebab, lamb, dorado fish, ice cream cakes on different evenings. My friends and I went, we had a man in our company who usually thinks that he cooks the best. So he was also delighted with the variety, quality, and quantity. There are a lot of fruits and ice cream is loose and packaged. You don't have time to digest breakfast - somehow the fruit buffet opens, then they give ice cream, and there's lunch, etc. In short, we all gained weight, although we tried not to mess with food :)
4. Alcohol. It is mostly local, diverse, and cocktails are made in bars. We assumed that it was being diluted, and rightly so, since in the heat of July at +40 degrees, tourists would be lying around. And so - everything is fun, but no one is sick in the corners, as tourists drink a lot.
5. Tourists. Russian Russians and Germans (immigrants), Turks, and Poles are predominantly Germans. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant.
6. Maintenance. The restaurant staff work just great: the chefs cook well, the waiters clean up quickly. Sometimes they even change tablecloths and appliances on the run. Probably the secret is that the managing manager and the chef are constantly herding them both at the hotel and at the beach bar. It is clear that the management is watching and helping when necessary. There is also a computer at the reception where you can mark the rating of EACH employee and, depending on this, they have a percentage of efficiency on their badge. The rooms are cleaned well, the hotel was 100% full at our check-in, and we managed, there was enough of everything.
It is clear that you can pick up the cons if you wish. But if we talk about the price-quality ratio, this is a great hotel!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! We have been saving up for this holiday abroad for 5 years. There are no positive emotions left from the rest !We went from 09/27.24 to 10/3.24 with my mother, daughter and sister to have a good rest. There were advantages , but on the last day they were completely blocked by an unpleasant moment. On the last day after the eviction at 12 o'clock. We were already waiting with our bags and suitcases packed for our transfer, which was supposed to arrive at 15:45. At 15:30 from September we hear our last name being shouted. We approach, they claim that we broke the TV in our room. We are at a loss, we say that we did not turn it on at all and this is some kind of mistake. They are standing their ground, and at the same time laughing in our face, saying how come you haven't watched TV, this can't be. And they also told me in passing how some of the guests paid so much for the mirror. Boors. They say we have to pay $450. We're panicking. Our transfer had already arrived, we didn't know what to do. We didn't touch or break this TV. We decided to go outside to the bus, but they blocked the road and actually took us hostage. The man from the reception came out to the bus driver, said something in his own language, then we realized that our suitcases were not loaded, which the bus driver did. We were forced to pay! We left this hotel very late, and literally ran to get checked out so as not to miss the plane. Upon arrival, we wrote a complaint to the name of this hotel.There was a purely formal unsubscription. The money was not returned to us. Do not go there if you do not want to be forced to pay for your account in an equal place, as well as us to pay for their equipment and so on..
P.S. after arriving, thinking about this case, a question has arisen. Check-out is at 12:00. It took 3.5 hours to call us to the very departure of the guests and present us for this TV, taking into account the fact that when we left our room, the cleaners were already standing in the doorway and waiting for us. This is a purely planned move on the part of the hotel, realizing that we have to fly away, and there is not enough time to sit and figure it out, call the police. There is no con-ra in the corridor.It's like a sauna.
By the way, both the reception and the restaurant are very stuffy, most likely they save electricity or the old ones.
But the main disadvantage for us was the flies in the restaurant.They're so annoying, they bite, they sit on all the food.Don't know how to eat, don't know how to brush them off!
In Kazan, there are no flies even in a simple cafe.This is still a 5-star hotel, not some kind of eatery!
Our guide Anastasia ("Pegasus")She said that there are flies everywhere in the restaurants and hotels in Turkey where she works.I am very sorry for the girl.She deserves more.
But wherever we have been vacationing in Turkey so far (all the hotels were 5 rooms), we have not seen flies.

We had a great rest at this hotel. We had a family vacation with three children from September 25 to September 3.The sea is beautiful with a sandy beach and a convenient entrance. Everything is fine with the food, everyone has found dishes to their liking.Positive impressions covered all minor flaws. The hotel has a special cozy atmosphere, where they cook very tasty, there is a pastry shop with a huge selection of ice cream and milkshake, a gorgeous sandy beach with comfortable sun beds and canopies, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The hotel itself is quite old and it has a small territory, more for a calm and measured rest. We got a family room in the attic, small and not very comfortable because of the low sloping corners, but it will do for the night. The animators are doing well-they are trying, evening programs for the 4th, cleaning consists in changing the linen and making the bed beautifully, I did not notice washing the floors as such in the room, only in the bathroom. Not everyone is able to make cocktails, warm alcohol is often served.drinks, ice saves. The other two hotels of the Victory chain are more party-oriented, new and youth-oriented. Dirty plates are removed immediately, tablecloths are changed... The maids are friendly. Our room has always had excellent cleaning. Even the plumbing was cleaned every day! The beach is 800 meters away, the second line. If it's not hot, it's nice to walk. But you can get there in a minibus. The driver, however, is a mean and nasty old man, always dissatisfied with something. Looking at him, you realize that you need to retire on time, before such hatred for everyone around you has appeared. But he was the only one, so the mood did not spoil much. The sea is divine! The beach is sandy. There were always free sun beds. Due to the fact that the hotel is small and there are a lot of Germans in it (they are splashing in the pool), there seemed to be very few people at sea. Especially compared to the beaches of the neighboring hotels... Many vacationers had breakfast and lunch at the beach bar so as not to waste precious time on the road. The food is quite decent and delicious. Animation: in the afternoon by the pool, in the evening-children's entertainment, and then, as a rule, a very beautiful show. There were holidays with songs, cakes, and goodies... I can write for a long time, I liked everything! There is a market near the hotel. You don't have to go shopping anywhere on purpose. Everything is there. The prices are approximately the same everywhere, the assortment is the same. You can even bargain cheaper here. Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel from 26.07 to 02.08. There are no questions about the territory, rooms and staff. The food is normal. The room is clean, but shampoo, gel and hair conditioner are not reported. As soon as I arrived , I put 5 pcs . One of them is half empty and that's it. The plumbing is old, the shower is a problem to open. The air conditioning in the room is barely working, maximum 18 degrees. The hotel has 6 buildings, we were in 5. In the evening, you will not have to sleep until 24.00, because there is always loud music. And those who lived in 2-3 buildings, trash starts in the evening, because they cook outside in front of their balconies and all this smoke is in your room. The sea , you need to walk to it (yes, 5-7 minutes) but uphill and in the heat. In 7 days, the bus that takes you to the sea was seen 4 times (although there is a schedule), those with small children think about it. Yes, and the beach is very dirty. If you want to go to the sea at 7-8 in the morning, then it is better not to rent a platenza, because it is issued only at 8.30. Also, employees of travel agencies impose different shopping centers, do not be fooled, there is a bazaar and a food center nearby where everything can be bought. And also, it's a SHAME for Turkey that these are machines with filthy coffee. Well, come on. I wrote everything as it is. It's up to you, but we're not going to this hotel anymore.

The hotel has a fairly high rating, which is captivating. The hotel itself is small, there is no playground for children, there are two tiny slides. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea, there is a shuttle, but this is a straight mrshrutka!!in which there is no conder. The rooms don't seem to be anything special, but if you check into building 3-6, you will sleep exactly when all the activities planned at the hotel are over (unless of course you are unlucky and the room does not go the other way). The slippers in the room are made of cardboard, there are always fewer towels, the mini bar is just water! Which is also sometimes forgotten to replenish, well, soap accessories are given only upon check-in. Well, I don't remember this happening in normal times. The animation is all in German or Turkish, Russian is ignored. And all that saves this hotel is the kitchen!!because there, every day there are fish (trout, sea bass, dorado), shrimp, different meat, pizza that is made according to your desire, pasta as well, lots of fruits and excellent desserts! Fruits are seasonal and even strawberries (although they should no longer be there). The chef himself comes out and looks, watches. And everyone who is involved in the service in the restaurant and bars is just like bees, as in the best restaurant they are cleaning this second!

The food is delicious and its supply is competently distributed throughout the territory so that queues are not created. The beach, although 550 meters away, is sandy and gently sloping. Now about the cons.
On the first day, we were checked into the wrong room. The four of us were accommodated in a triple room. They said that there were no available rooms that we had booked. The next day at 12:30 we were given our room. When we later sat in the lobby, we heard that this was a constant practice. There were 14 relocations in one day (the wrong number was given initially). And it's still not convenient, because you don't unpack your suitcases for a day, etc.
Cockroaches are running around in the rooms! Cockroaches are big brown. We crushed them and left them in plain sight so that the cleaner could see. There's nothing else you can do, they won't give you another number anyway.
When you come to the reception with any problem, they are not what they are in Russian, they immediately stop understanding English. They took us with the second card to the number for 3 days, they said come back later, we can't do it today, etc. As a result, I went to the reception at night, there was an employee there whom I had never seen during the day. I asked them what their problem was with the cards. He replied that there were no problems and immediately gave me a second card to the room.
Well, about the most unpleasant thing. They're stealing from the rooms! On the third day, we noticed that we were rummaging in our suitcase. A suitcase with a combination lock. I don't know what we hoped for, but we didn't take the paid safe. And on the last day, the missing earrings and airpods were discovered. At the same time, they took them out of a closed suitcase. It was very disappointing, the whole pleasant impression of the hotel was blurred…

You can visit all these 3 hotels - they are allowed. The resort is a comfortable hotel for those who travel with children. Our room in the last building looks at the pool. And I do not agree with the one who wrote that Russians are accommodated in uncomfortable rooms. There are more Russians than anyone. The beach is cleaned regularly, complaints are only to vacationers: some leave garbage, cigarette butts on the sand. There are no complaints about the staff. The sea is good, the beach is sandy. The hotel is closer to the sea than other hotels. Shops nearby: Migros, textiles, stalls, pharmacies. You can pay in rubles, euros, dollars, and lira. The local people are very friendly. I recommend all 3 Victory hotels

The hotel is not bad, but of course it does not pull for 5 people. Of the huge advantages of this hotel, I would like to mention the food, the food was very tasty and varied. The rooms are small and slightly shabby, but quite clean, cleaned every day. The hotel consists of several buildings, we were lucky and we settled in the farthest building, where it was quiet and there was no smell of food. Another of the advantages I would like to mention the bar on the beach, where you could not only drink, but also fully eat. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is smooth, what you need for a holiday with children. From unpleasant moments, on the last day 2 cockroaches were killed in the room, ants were caught on the bed a couple of times, mosquitoes bit at night. After a week's vacation, a 2-year-old child was covered with bites, either mosquitoes, or ants, or maybe someone else (when checking out of the hotel at 5 in the morning, we ordered a lunch box in advance, which turned out to be sooo meager, if we had known, we would have taken at least cookies with us in the evening (We had a rest in general okay, but for THAT kind of money, 215 thousand in a week, I won't come back here anymore)

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a rest in September 2024.
A 5-star hotel does not pull at all, a maximum of 3 stars!
It is located on the second line, about 900 meters from the sea.
The territory is very small. On three sides of the road, so it's a little noisy.
Beach towels are not issued on the beach, but at the hotel, and they cannot simply be exchanged for fresh ones, you can only hand them over in the evening before 19:00 in exchange for cards, and in the morning get fresh ones after 8:30. It is very inconvenient if you go to the sea earlier. The massage and spa are located on the 1st floor, in a terribly unattractive basement.
But the food was the most disappointing. She's just disgusting. The risk of poisoning with sour watermelons and melons is very high, especially near the beach bar and the pool bar, where they lie on trays for a long time in the heat. The fruits are unripe and tasteless.
In the "restaurant" (more like a dining room), the air conditioners do not work well and, as a result, the food also deteriorates quickly. The range of food for breakfast and lunch is small, for dinner it is more. Annoying flies everywhere... 2 types of soup were served daily- mashed potatoes, solid starch. Salads, if you sniff, have a rotten smell. Even the desserts are very tasteless…
All alcoholic beverages are served from a barrel through a tap so that people do not see what kind of swill they are offered, i.e. one type of whiskey, one type of cognac, etc. Everything is made in Turkey, most likely, there is nothing imported. The wine is terrible, also from the tap - one kind of red and one kind of white. On the second day of our stay, we felt during dinner that we had eaten something stale, and decided to disinfect ourselves with strong alcohol. They took some whiskey and realized that it was also unsafe to drink, more like tinted burnt moonshine ... cognac is about the same. They didn't take any more alcohol.
Only the beer was more or less normal.
It's good that they cooked grilled food outside every evening. You could take grilled vegetables and fish or grilled meat. But the fish also happened to have a stale smell. That's because the preparation for dinner starts in an hour and a half and all the products are in the sun.
There are a lot of cats everywhere. They even climb on the tables and finish their food. One cat was very sick, exhausted and had some kind of mucus coming out of his mouth all the way to the floor. So this cat drank water from the children's pool, and then the kids swam in it…
In general, I didn't like the hotel very much.
Only the sea was good and the beach, at least we bought up…
