Complaint about the airport I would like to note the extremely unsatisfactory quality of service at the airport: 1. Business lounge condition The lounge looks outdated and is in a deplorable state, which does not correspond to the level expected from a business-class service. 2. Passenger information The flight was delayed, but the staff could not provide any relevant information. This caused additional stress and confusion among passengers. 3. Boarding organization In front of the passengers, the aircraft they were supposed to board landed, yet there were still no announcements about the delay. Even though, according to the schedule, boarding should have already been completed, the staff continued to remain silent. This level of service raises serious concerns and requires immediate attention.

There is no free wifi at this airport. It says there is some kiosk to switch it on. For me it means there is no free wifi at all. Bear it in mind when you plan to travel.
