I visited your hotel in Moscow city(Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow/2/1, Kutuzovskiy Avenue, Bld. 1, Moscow, 121248) and paid 115300 rubles for 3 nights(From September 20 ~ September 23). The original cost was 105300 rubles. But the counter required to add more 10000 rubles for deposit. So The total payments was 115300 rubles. However The counter refuse to refund my deposit 10000 rubles when I check out at September 23. And She mentioned , The 10000 rubles will be refund to your Bank card and It will takes 5~6 days. But It's October 7 now. I'm still waiting 10000 rubles deposit.
