⭐️ It’s not an easy place to rate. On one hand — finally, a restaurant in Russia that truly serves healthy food. Clean ingredients, minimal “zero” products, and no hidden bad oils or sauces. The menu deserves a solid 4/5 for concept and selection. ✅ Food quality Carb sources are excellent — sweet potato, mashed potato, buckwheat, rice — all clean and well prepared. Breakfast options are great too: eggs, omelettes, guacamole, avocado, spinach sauce, and fresh vegetables. Everything tastes clean and light. ❌ Portions & value It’s almost impossible to get a meaningful amount of protein from a single meal. Chicken portions are 60–70 g, fish barely 60 g, and no real lean steak cuts. To reach 40–50 g of protein, you’ll need three dishes, costing around 2000 ₽. Healthy food, yes — but poor value for the money. ✅ Service Friendly and polite, but expect some waiting time. I was the only guest and still waited 15–20 minutes for food that arrived cold and clearly pre-made. ✅ Interior Visually clean — Nordic-inspired colors, wood and tile mix, pleasant lighting. The toilets are also clean and well kept, which is a plus. But the furniture design makes no sense: low chairs and high tables make it uncomfortable to eat properly. ❌ Music & atmosphere Pop music on a weak sound system, completely out of context for the concept. It kills the mood instantly, despite the clean design. --- In summary: ✅ Healthy, clean food ❌ Small portions, poor protein value ❌ Awkward furniture ❌ Music kills the vibe Still, a good spot for a quick breakfast, light lunch, or post-workout meal. Value isn’t great, but I’ll come back — it’s close to my route and finally a place that serves real healthy food. My total rating is 3.5 ⭐️, though I’m being nice giving it 4 ⭐️, mainly because they actually serve what so few places here do — clean, healthy meals.

My rating: for the atmosphere, an easy 4.5 / 5. For the coffee quality, a solid 4 / 5 by Russian standards, and about 3.5 / 5 compared to the top European specialty cafés. This review is based on one visit only, but I tried both a macchiato (Venezuelan roast) and a V60 filter from Brazil — both clean and pleasant, clearly made with care. Still, something is missing: both cups lack some richness, fullness, and lingering depth in the aftertaste, and even the aroma fades a bit too quickly. The flavor opens well but doesn’t fully develop or stay. It’s not about the origin; it’s the roast quality and, to a degree, the equipment. A higher-end machine would probably help bring out more nuance and body. The baristas clearly know what they’re doing — the limitation is technical, not skill. I also really like the vibe and interior: a compact, Japanese-inspired space of around 10–12 m², with rough concrete floors, some tiles, and stools and tables of solid wood — darker tables paired with lighter chairs. The raw materials and exposed brick wall give it a modernistic yet warm atmosphere. Soft background music adds to the calm, and the staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. It’s a small space where a short chat with the barista feels natural — you simply feel welcome. They serve drinks in heavy porcelain cups that hold warmth well — a thoughtful detail that lets you enjoy a macchiato for several minutes. Overall, a 4 / 5 for the Russian market and 3.5 / 5 by European standards. A small, honest café with clear potential once the roast and setup catch up with the barista skill — definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.

Decent spot overall — around 3.5 by Russian standards, but closer to 3 compared to Scandinavia. We’ve visited three times. The ramen is fine, but the broth lacks depth and nuance — it’s missing that layered, slow-cooked richness that defines good ramen. On the day of this review, I had chicken and rice. As is common now in Russia, portions are downsized: maybe 70 g of chicken at best, no vegetables, and 600–700 ₽ for a bowl that’s basically rice with a topping. Add another couple hundred for a side of cucumbers — tasty but overpriced. Cozy, small place with decent atmosphere, but overall no real value for the money. Nothing bad, just underwhelming. One more thing: 90s pop ballads have nothing to do with an Asian ramen bar. It kills the vibe and makes conversation awkward. Guys — move into the 22nd century. Go ambient, electronic, or just skip the music.

A proper place👍 Very pleasant Thai massage in a very good location. The masters are respectful and skilled. I have visited several times with different Masters/ Masseuses, and it seems like they all are well trained and keeping a decent high professional level👍 The place is well maintained as well as kept clean. The services are priced in the mid range/average range, so it's quite a good value for the money. Really recommended. My personal favorite is classic Thai yoga massage. 🙏

A very good gym - well equipped, clean and nice. A lot of machines from well known brands as Hammer strength, Techno Gym etc. One of the bigger gyms in Moscow with indoor as well as a new out door swimming pool. If that's what you prefer this is the place. I am interested in the Gym only, thus no reason to pay for a swimming pool right? The prices are sky high, they need to get real, it's not that good!!! A price tag of 10.000 pr month is to much, but due to the pools of course. They said it will be increased from November/December. I payed 2800 rub for a day pass (one single work out) - it's just ridiculous!! Sorry guys, but 5 element in the City charges 1900 Rub. Still to much, Binous in Dubai charges 4000 to comparison..(60.000 square meter) Moscow gyms are at best 3-5000 square meter. Get real..though I probably will visit again...
