Nowadays Uzbekistan Airports teies to schedule all flights at the same time, therefore airport capacity is limited. There are not enough seats in waiting area once you pass airport security. Moreover, the coffeshop is crowded and it takes forever to order a cup of coffee.
Bathroms are small and not enough toilet seats, only 2, once you pass security and waiting for boarding.

Overall airport is much better than it was 5-7 years ago. Passport control areas improved. Still not enough places where you can have cup of coffee and sandwich. Not enough toilets at the ground floor of departure area.

The airport has become prettier after the addition of part of the street area to it. It became more spacious, high ceilings, more air. Separate, already noticeable at the entrance, clear entrances for departing economy class, CIP and VIP. Just like before, you can take a taxi directly to the entrance. There is a luggage room. Just a room with a guard in a separate building WITHOUT air conditioning. Round the clock. If I'm not mistaken, 6 t. sum / hour or 30 / day. At the exit from the arrival terminal, turn left to the end, past the departure terminal (without leaving the airport).
I won't say about Wi-Fi, I didn't connect.

The Uzbek Paralympic Team was flying with us and it was extremely unpleasant when the guys who won as many as 55 medals went out through the ladder and only then the ambulift came, which was completely packed with those who could not go down the usual ladder in any way.

There is a lot of Wi-Fi in the zone, but to log in, you need to have a local confirmation number. In the cafe at the end of the hall on the left, if you go to the right of the entrance, there is Wi-Fi and the password is written on the window on a4 sheet.
The business room is meager, you can't enter it by ku-er skin, it costs $ 40 for 4 hours. There are no reclining/reclining chairs, samsa and beer are on the menu.
There is also a cafe in the green zone with the lowest price tag of $ 5 for a coffee or sandwich.
There is a hotel: a 2.5x2 meter compartment room. A 10-hour stay will cost $50. But there is Wi-Fi.
This year I spent 25 hours in this terminal several times.

I was surprised that the woman in the ladies' room was washing her feet in the sink. There are 2 buildings here - both are small. One is for arrivals, the other is for departure. I was unpleasantly surprised by 2 more points - everyone is asked to take off their shoes when passing the scanner and after the scanner, a female controller spanked me from head to toe with her hands, I would say that without any ceremony and in all places. And everything else is like everywhere else. And another important and, perhaps, the most negative point is the lack of air conditioning, only ventilation. Extremely uncomfortable here is waiting for the start of the landing. P.S. And I completely forgot about one more disadvantage - there are no sockets. It is possible only in the cafe area. I accidentally found one by the window - I had to sit on the floor and frantically charge the phone, because it was almost empty

It is quite a cozy place and very clean. The only drawback is one toilet for the entire huge waiting room and it is closed every hour for plumbing. There is also no hygienic shower in the toilet.
There is no place for sleeping and relaxing in the waiting room, only armchairs. Of course, you can also sleep on them, but it is inconvenient.
