Level 10 Local Expert

They will charge you 300 rubles in cash, they don't accept card. You couldn't find any restroom their for the visitors. Finally I want to say, from the rooftop you can see the main road only. For this view and service, I think one hundred rubles enough. Better you can visit a rooftop restaurant.
