I stayed three night in national hotel. I would like to express my high appreciation and thankfulness to the breakfast supervisor called Ms.Maria, she is very professional, extraordinary and she takes care of my mom and she made sure she get her birthday cake in a excellent condition. The hotel? our overall three nights stay was perfect the staff very friendly and the hotel very historical and classic with a perfect location. I highly recommend this hotel you will spend long time discovering the rich heritage of the architecture and the details of the fine art inside it. انصح به، الفندق وموقعه ممتاز، تاريخي تم بناءه قبل 125 سنة ومليان تفاصيل معماريه وفنيه، الموظفين خلوقين وجميعهم يحاولون يساعدونك ويجعلون رحلتك اسهل، الغرف واسعة ونظيفة وكذلك دوره المياه، الموقع مقابل الساحة الحمراء والمول تحت الارض مباشرة.

Excellent hotel: staff, accommdation, and location. The front desk staff were wonderful, but we must say that Lilya Kanatova stood out as extraordinary! From the moment we arrived on 27th June to the moment we checked out on 9th July 2025, she always extended generous help. We had a payment complication due to a mistake from our end, and she kept suggesting creative solutions until the issue was resolved. Her warmth, patience, understanding, and intelligence added a spcially pleasant dimension to our visit this time (our third stay in the hotel: 2015, 2024, 2025.) THANKS A MILLION Lilya Kanatova.
