A nice cozy place, you can sit both outdoors and indoors under air conditioning on a hot day. In the evening it is very atmospheric on the second floor from where you can see the streets and monuments that are illuminated. The kitchen is delicious, the staff is friendly. A decent restaurant.
Unreasonably expensive and not the right taste. You can eat much tastier in other places nearby. The only advantage is the view from the veranda of the second floor of the restaurant to the old town. Portions are small for standard prices.
Half a kilogram of meat is 300 grams of meat and 200 bones.
The salads are delicious
The cradle is dry, the bread is cold.
The staff paid attention mainly to citizens of European countries. The last thing they paid attention to was locals and CIS citizens, as if CIS citizens would leave them less tips 🌚
We ate for 400,000 sums, did not eat enough and did not enjoy it. Please note the service fee of 15%. In many establishments of a higher class, there is no such thing.
The waiters are working as if they came to visit you. I didn't cook the food quickly, although there weren't many people. The joke came out with the salad: we ordered a tabouleh, they added a bunch of vinegar to it, asked us to redo it, and according to our feelings, nothing changed, in the end they didn't eat it. We asked the waiter a direct question, he said that everything had been fixed
A nice, tasty place, designed for tourists. The price tag is adequate. Everything is decent and atmospheric. The waiters are a bit impudent, they disdain to carry the change and so on.
I liked everything very much. We have been here twice - very tasty, excellent service, thanks a lot to our waiter Feruz - the service was very fast and high quality. The interior is very atmospheric and cozy. The local oriental flavor is exactly what you want when traveling to Bukhara.
The best restaurant in the center of Bukhara. The kitchen is an order of magnitude better than the neighboring establishments. Everything we tried was very tasty, but we tried the following: manti, vaguri, samsa, lamb on the grill and the highlight on the cake is baklava and ice cream (why is it served separately). Food is served quickly, even during rush hour, with almost full boarding. A solid five for the institution.
If you are just a tourist, walking nearby and want to eat somewhere, then most likely they will not be able to accommodate you, even though the restaurant is half empty. The restaurant is designed for organized groups of tourists. The first time they refused to serve us, because everything was "booked". The second time we booked by phone and we were booked for 9 pm.
By 9 we sat down at the table, but it wasn't until 9:20 that the waiter came up to us. I wrote down the order, the food was brought, but not what was ordered. They brought a salad instead of eggplant rolls.
They tried to give a kebab to the next table instead of a kebab :)
We also ordered a Kazan kebab, but it was not brought after 55 minutes (but dessert was brought at the same time). We did not wait, we asked to be removed from the account, but it is not a fact that he was already preparing for this time) I think they forgot about him altogether. And no one warned that you need to wait for meat for so long.
In general, the impressions of the restaurant are bad. The food was three-course, the eggplant rolls turned out to be tasteless, with raw breading, the meat could not be tasted. The default service fee is 15%, but it's not worth it. There are few waiters, and the boarding is very tight, the order is carried for a long time. This place needs to improve its service.

We lived nearby, had lunch and dinner. There are halls for smokers and non-smokers. There were always places. Very pleasant and diligent staff. But if a group comes in (and guides bring groups here), then your family of 4 people is a little bit, but immediately fades into the background. The food is ambiguous: something is delicious, something is not hooked. There were no frankly disastrous dishes, but I didn't remember much either. I wouldn't have come here again on purpose, if only on the way.
A very tasty place in Bukhara. Several tips at once:
- book in advance, although there are many places, but almost always everything is occupied
- if you want to try pilaf, then you can do it only before lunch. This dish is not served in this restaurant in the evening.
- be sure to try samsa. In our rating of this dish, she is named here, she took the honorable first place!
Enjoy your meal and have a good meal!
Everything we tried was very tasty: the pilaf was stunningly juicy (we returned for it, liked it much more than in the pilaf center of Tashkent! 1 serving for two was enough for us), 5 lula-cab; but I liked dolma even more, bravo! Salads 5+. Salad with tongue is especially recommended. They serve quickly, tables in several halls. The dishes and furnishings are authentic. A great place for a tourist. The prices are adequate
The restaurant is good, the service was fast, everything was delicious and the service was not bad. The staff was four people, dirty dishes were not cleaned during the service. I recommend you to visit.
A very good restaurant! Delicious and varied menu. It's cozy inside, not hot. The staff is friendly. Special thanks for letting us in with the little dogs.
I arrived in February, in very cool weather. As a result, even the room is very cool, the light does not work either indoors or in the toilet. Bullshit, you can't scare like that.
But the lack of pilaf in Bukhara is already a problem... Moreover, they reported this half an hour after arrival, I had to pay after the fact and go on. I don't recommend it.
The restaurant is outwardly cozy and the location is not bad, but! The attitude towards customers is very controversial and we have not seen this during a week traveling to different cities of Uzbekistan. We came in after a long day, tired of walking, they told us that there were no places, but they would meet us halfway and put us upstairs with a beautiful view - so far everything is fine. But on the veranda they have a waiter, maybe the head waiter, a bald-haired middle-aged man, whose behavior was different from anything we had met before. Whatever dish we chose, the answer was that the choice was bad, that it was not worth taking either salad or chalop, because they did not put anything in it, when asked to bring lagman, there was an exclamation "this is pasta in the navy", but very persistently tried to convince us to take the most expensive dishes from the menu. In general, in two minutes of dialogue, he convinced us that the desire to get up and go out, to find a normal place is much higher than the desire to stay there. Actually, no one detained us. Therefore, I consider it unbiased to put a unit at least because of the location of the restaurant, but the overall impression is extremely negative, there is no desire to visit again and I would not advise anyone to go there.
Fast service, friendly staff. We ordered mutton kebab 5 pieces, 2 of them were fat, but the kebab itself is soft and juicy. I didn't like Manta rays, but I don't like them anywhere. We ordered a beef kebab with French fries, but it looks like meatballs more, the traditional soup is very tasty. In general, I recommend the place, it is very atmospheric.
A terrible place, focused exclusively on tourists. With the inherent feeling of being deceived in such a place. The waiter takes the order and nervously glances around, which other guests would come to stake out for him so that he gets the tip. You talk - he talks with you, doesn't listen to your wishes, can't answer a single question. Those who want to taste the national Uzbek cuisine in its best traditions of tastes and hospitality definitely should not come here.
Tourists: when traveling in Uzbekistan, be prepared, all prices for you will be × 2 , × 4. And if you think that you will not be deceived in a cafe or restaurant, do not flatter yourself. I was in Tashkent, I came to stay with relatives, we went to travel Samarkand-Bukhara. In Bukhara, the locals recommended visiting the Old Bhara restaurant, everything is beautiful and attracts with its good nature, but it was not there, since we are familiar with Uzbek cuisine, and we know what and how it is prepared, we ordered chuchvara, kazan kebab and dolma. The order was brought: chuchvara from purchased dumplings with a terrible broth taste, my husband was finishing this mess, the kebab cauldron is generally boiled and with boiled potatoes in a uniform! When asked to explain what it is and why the kebab cauldron is boiled, they said "That's how they cook it." The location and atmosphere are good, the outdoor terrace on the 2nd floor is very conducive to relax in pleasant company. However, it did not work out to enjoy the kitchen. We thought, well, let's give the kitchen another chance.
We took a Shurpa - the broth is diluted with water. How could you ruin your kitchen like that? The main asset !!! The reviews say that the portions are huge, no! The portions are very modest! Compared to the places that we managed to visit!
They left hungry. I had to pay the entire amount for this kashmar. And for a snack: after we left in a disappointed mood, the waiter caught up with us and accused us of not paying the check! We returned, at the entrance the manager shouted to the waiter that everything was correct! We have paid in full! in short, we do not recommend it!
The staff worked on the lights.
We didn't get there right away, everything was busy. But we booked a table and went for a walk further. So, it's better to book in advance. The kitchen is very tasty. In general, the order submission time is normal. I recommend it!
I really liked it! Delicious, excellent service, you can go to the air-conditioned room, you can go to the balcony.
I ate only national cuisine everywhere, and that is unlikely to be found in Moscow. In the photo, Chuchvara with spinach is dumplings and
Khanum. I recommend it!
If not the best, then for sure, one of the best restaurants in Bukhara!
Friendly staff, the best receptionist!
The food is of excellent quality, very tasty, the portions are impressive, they do not save on quantity!
Guys, please keep up the level, you're great!
A wonderful restaurant with an ethnotouristic orientation. The cuisine of the peoples of Uzbekistan prevails. Everything is stylish, caring and friendly. The average check. It is better to book a table during the season.
We liked it! Very tasty eggplant salad - khorovats, ground shish kebab (lula). Mors, lemonade are awesome, you can drink liters. Excellent service, very friendly, diligent waiter Abdu, thank you!
It's a great place. Huge attendance as a sign of quality. The portions are huge, the prices are reasonable. The staff is fluent in several languages. Visited daily, saw no point in looking for something better.
I don't know where such rave reviews come from. It was September 16, and the table was booked in advance. From the menu, everything that we chose was not available: "no one will light a barbecue because of one barbecue," despite the fact that others calmly brought and fried everything. We were also "advised" to take more expensive wine. And so in everything, everything is expensive in stock, the rest is just "noodles with minced meat" - on lagman. Lula kebab-boiled minced meat, etc. maybe we were so lucky with the "waiter", but the impression is spoiled and I do not advise everyone!
We were a family in July 2024 on the recommendation of the locals. A large beautiful restaurant, more for tourists. As soon as we entered, when choosing a table, we encountered the rudeness of the waiter ("what are you running for, sit down already!"), the service was long, we reminded ourselves several times; the food was mediocre; the portions were large - this is +; the view from the veranda is beautiful! The prices are quite reasonable. But I wanted to leave as soon as possible. Well, goodbye: too much in the bill! To which the waiter indifferently said: just subtract it from the amount and give less… There was no desire to return.
The best restaurant in Bukhara!!
Very tasty food, we had lunch here, every time we tried to have dinner elsewhere and were disappointed. I liked it more than other restaurants.
Gorgeous receptionist, very tasty wine
We didn 't have time to take pictures of the dishes 🔥
Very tasty lamb, samsa, lula, chicken kebab
The pilaf is low-fat, delicious!
The magic shurpa saved me after a 5-hour walk!)
Bukhara pilaf is great.
The place is authentic. The interior is pleasant. The staff works quickly and efficiently.
Very tasty, lots of seats. The waiter Nurik is well done, you can rely on his recommendations, he will offer the best set of dishes for each company. Be sure to book in advance.
Delicious, normal prices and service, authentic inside. You can take a break from the heat and sun, and pass the time with tea. I recommend it, we visited several times during the week and were satisfied.
A nice restaurant near the historical center. Delicious and fast enough. The waiters are friendly, they will advise and help with the choice, while everything is unobtrusive.
We liked it.
A wonderful restaurant. I read in the reviews before visiting that the price tag is high. No. After 2 weeks in Uzbekistan and when choosing normal places, you realize that the price tag is very pleasant. Very tasty. Very. The atmosphere of the fire is simple. And it's not in season. I think snatching a place here in the evening in the summer is a big challenge. 100% ready to visit.
Vaguri (young lamb meat) is cooked as needed, and the pilaf is delicious too. There are many salads to choose from. The fruit plate is huge 😁👍 The service is fast. Beer and wine, etc. are available. Cash and card are accepted without problems. I will definitely come back again.
The first time we came at 22:30, we were told that it was closed, although it was indicated that the working hours were up to 24
The next day they came to eat. As a result, they forgot to bring some of what they ordered, and even in the bill there was something that was not brought. The food is mediocre. The price tag is above average.
We had dinner as part of a group, the food was ordered by the guide in advance. The portions are small, nothing special. There are a lot of people. The view from the terrace was great
The impression is twofold. On the first visit, we had dinner, everything was fine. The service is excellent, we took shish kebab, vaguri, achichuk - everything is very tasty. The portions are large. We were sitting on the veranda on the second floor. We liked everything and booked a table for lunch the next day to taste the famous Bukhara pilaf. And here's the minus - we came for lunch, and our table is occupied. We wanted to sit on the top, but all the tables were occupied there. It was very unpleasant, we went to another restaurant where we ate a very tasty pilaf.
Beautiful interior, in the center and the music was calm and good.
The apple strudel was cold, like a purchased loaf, or just lay there and besides apples there were a lot of things (it was not specified), the food from friends also turned out to be edible, but not tasty. A little disappointed
We booked a table, but we were asked to move - there was a convex tile on the floor under the new table, they said there was a hole under it. The bill arrived earlier than we asked.
Definitely ready to visit! The restaurant is located in the old town and the building itself belongs to the relics... Everything is very tasty, and pilaf and salads and samsa... But I will highlight the kebabs from the young lamb! Tastier than I've ever tasted, they melt in my mouth!
It's very scary that the cuisine is not delicious, the portions are small! The place of deception of tourists. Where does the tourism department of the Bukhara region khokimiyat look? Everything that was ordered is of very low quality, and yet tourists think that this is how it should be, and they leave without tasting the true taste of Uzbek dishes. The most interesting thing is that a large number of customized reviews do not correspond to reality, but are actually written by the staff of the institution, the waiters take dollars left and right, the question arises is it legal? What infuriates at the dollar rate of 12,500 soums, they manage to cheat by changing at the rate of 11500-11600 soums per dollar, and this is all at 15% for the service of which there is no. Dear guests of our city and friends, I do not advise you to visit this institution, consult with people and visit the restaurants Melody, Chinor, Flagship, Sogdiana, Saodat, etc
It's a beautiful place. Very tasty, cozy interior and friendly staff. We visited there for the first time in December, accidentally went in. On their second visit in March, they already chose a hotel to have lunch and dinner in their favorite place
Excellent restaurant: delicious, good service and fast delivery. Manta rays are beyond praise. One of the disadvantages is that they do not accept Humo cards
It was a very cozy, pleasant place, the vaguri was great, the food was delicious, the portions were large, but the prices were slightly higher, in general I advise👍
The service is average, if you try to come after 10 pm, they say that they are closed. Some of what was ordered was not brought, but included in the bill, prices are above average. In pilaf, more than a third is just fat. The portions are not large.
There is something to strive for, mostly put on stream. The kitchen is not bad, the service is lame. The location is good, it is suitable for eating, it will not work for a family evening gathering.
