This great Radisson Blu hotel is made mainly by their staff, at reception, at restaurant and also the room cleaning service. Modern, well maintained, with stylish furniture inside, very nice bad, shower and toilet equipment. Modern TV with big screen, fast Wifi and even with Alexa inside. Many fast lifts, and great choice of food, meat, omelets, cheese, fruits, coffee and tea for breakfast. I am always happy to visit this place again! Thank you for people, which are making this place great.!

Frankly, the hotel is flawless, it is very beautiful, its location is quiet, and the staff are very helpful and very serviceable. I will repeat the visit again if I return to visit Moscow. Frankly, I did not regret choosing this hotel at all. The security in this hotel is wonderful, as are the services and all the details. I thank the employees (Karina) and (Ariana). Everything was good except the room service — even tho we stayed in junior suite, water, coffee and other things were not refilled. Only the towels. The room overall could be cleaner as well. Didn’t like that there was just usual TV - not smart. The view overall was amazing.

It's good, overall). The staff are very friendly, helpful, polite However, we booked and paid for a room with 3 single beds, but we checked in with a 1 king-size with all consequences (,only 2 sets of towels, water, slippers etc) Could not find the remote control for the TV and were annoyed by the tv light until 11 pm Everything was solved by the friendly staff when I complained, but still has the aftertaste ...,,)

Gorgeous hotel with astonishing view from panoramic rooms. Very well spent money for the service, location and breakfast! Wide variety of food in the morning made our stay lovely. Especially want to thank our waiter Chorsham for the well work he’d done.

The room was very good but the room cleaning service was horrible. Everyday they either forget the towels or forget the toilet paper or don't clean properly.

I would like to thank you. Your stuff and you receptionists were very helpful. I just want to thank this gentleman Mr. ILYA, he is very kind and he helped me with immigration issue. He spent his time with me to help me. He hired a taxi for me and went to police office together and translate for me to renew the immigration card. He did it! Now, I can sleep with rest. Останавливались на 2 дня в отеле перед новым годом. Остались только положительные впечатления, понравилось все- от ресепшн до номера. Холл уже был украшен по новогоднему, что сразу создало ощущение уюта. Приветливый персонал на ресепшн. Поездка была приурочена ко дню моего рождения и отель приятно меня порадовал- повысили категорию номера и подарили тортик, который был безумно вкусный😋 Номер классный, на 31 этаже с видом на город.В номере очень чисто. Порадовала просторная ванная комната,в которой и ванна и тропический душ. Очень удобные кровати и свежее,качественное постельное белье...Где вы его закупаете?😁 Отмечу также широкий выбор завтраков на шведской линии. Удобное расположение отеля, 5-7 минут от станции метро. Думаю, что в следующий раз вновь выберем ваш отель для отдыха.
