A really nice hotel with an interesting history Positives: It’s expensive but still reasonable if you compare it with similar hotels in other cities The bed was very comfortable The breakfast was very good Reception staff and room service were polite and professional There are many cafes and restaurants in the hotel with good food and drink options Negatives: The entrance to the hotel is total chaos and takes away the feeling of a 5* hotel. There are so many cars and taxis everywhere and the car park is so disorganized. It’s just so uncomfortable for people to walk around outside the hotel. The toilet seat in my room was made of wood and was broken. It just seemed really strange that they didn’t replace it. The cheap wooden seat didn’t match with the rest of the nice room I forgot to attach the “do not disturb” thing on my door so staff constantly knocked on my door, and I mean constantly (like every 5/10 minutes). “Do you need more water?” “Do you need more tea bags?” ect ect) I appreciate the service but it seemed a little excessive. Even as I was checking out people came to the room to ask if I needed any more coffee. They also just walked into the room if you didn’t answer the door, too, which was a little strange. I’m sure at one point I was asleep in the bed and staff were coming in and out the room, constantly knocking. In this case I had wished they just put up the ‘do not disturb’ sign themselves as I was clearly asleep. Unfortunately the viewing area at the top of the building was closed for remont which was a shame

Wonderful view of Moscow from the 29th Floor. The restaurant serves very good Italian food. The service is wonderful as well.

One of the best hotels in Moscow Customer service Location, location, location Gym have all you need Biggest pool in the city Spa A lot of restaurants and bars in the hotel and near by and good ones Clean, comfy Guest relationship is amazing especially if you deal with Nadezhda The only concern i have that cant bring my reward level up even if i stay long enough in that hotel, cause its not part of radisson loyalty programm, but hopefully eventualy it will change
