Located in the centre of Moscow and surrounded by many historical places of Russia. Room services are quite good and worth spending a good time.

Good hotel and services, best location for travelers and those who are in a business trip. The interior seems quite old, but i think that design is adapted to its architecture.

A very bad service from the concierge he will not help and he offer his packages only to take from or he will not correspond with me.!! Very, very rude way of dealing with Elite customer . I am so disappointed, and this should be refunded emotionally and financially. The manager will be informed regarding this subject, and I’m not gonna be settle about it . Very popular chain, such as Metropol Hotel have this kind of low class service and attitude . the WhatsApp conversation between me and the concierge this level is beyond expectations and downgraded !!!!!
