I regularly use Novotel for my business trips. This particular trip was especially challenging but I truly appreciated the support and professionalism of Aiperi (the shift manager) and Bayram at reception who went out of their way to assist me during a difficult time. I would like to note that there are often small issues with the rooms. This time the shower had very low water pressure and the curtains smelled dusty likely due to not being washed in a while. As someone with a dust allergy, this made the stay physically uncomfortable. I hope the housekeeping team can pay more attention to these details going forward. Thank you again to the staff members who made the stay more manageable.

I enjoyed my stay here. Especially grateful for an excellent service of Bayram at the reception desk. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to my business meeting place and I managed to do everything on time. Looking forward to staying here again.

I visited your hotel from 07/17/2024 to 07/23/2024 My first experience at your hotel, I would like to thank the night manager Maria, she saved me when I arrived at the hotel and I did not have any money and the taxi driver did not stop at the bank for me to withdraw money, she gave me some of her money to reward the driver and on the second day an amount was withdrawn from the bank and returned to the cooperative manager, it was a situation I will never forget, she helped me in a very difficult situation, I would like to thank the owners of this hotel for providing someone like Maria, she deserves the best for her wonderful attitudes with customers I have visited Moscow more than once, but I will return to your hotel and I will recommend all my followers and friends to make Novotel their first destination because of the wonderful people like Maria, the night shift manager. Maria's positive attitude made me happy throughout my stay with you.
